I use a lot of battery power and this case is a good insurance that I will always have the juice I need and I looks good too

Fits great on my 11pro. Wireless charging works perfectly. Keep in mind that even with a full charge on the case, it will not fully recharge my phone if I turn it on at about 20% it will bring me back up to 60or70% Easily extending my battery life to make it through a 12 hour shift with moderate to heavy use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Creates a lot of heat and overheated whole phone.  iPhone 11 Pro shuts down and also affecting SIM card.

The case snaps together poorly and the top part slides around and pops off easily.

I have owned several Mophie juice packs for other iPhone models and they were greatthis one is a huge disappointment. It doesnt even charge the phone back to 100%. I barely get 20% charge. Im shocked that Mophie put this product out-not sure what happened, but sadly, this was a waste of money.

The case doesn't wirelessly charge my 11 PRO even though case indicates fully charged. Charging ports don't line up but representative said they don't that the case automatically charges phone battery wirelessly-IT DOES NOT! Don't buy this case for iPhone 11 PRO!! BBB

The case doesn't wirelessly charge

I am completely upset about the purchase of this juice pack. I've charged this thing several days in a row and it has never given me a full charge on my phone. It only charges my phone to about 30 to 50%. Not impressed at all
