I've used Mophie battery cases for every iPhone I've used since the first implementation.  This is the greatest "thinking outside the box" version yet.  I have used it extensively during my busy travel schedules and having direct charging and wireless charging with the flexibility of having both the lightning port along with the USB 3 battery case point at the same time has already been a great lifesaver.  Excellent flexibility not found in any other case to date.  The "grippy" finish is a welcome feature, along with the small things like the raised corners that protect the screen from damage when you set it face down.

Why did you get rid of the magnet part of mophie? It was great, I have all of these chargers from last mophie that I had for years. Now I have new mophie and cannot use old expensive chargers. Then I buy new ones and the perfect “car” charger that is magnet does not hold. I broke a vent onetime using the vent holder. Why would you change the chargers??? For a few mor bucks? I'm so angry about it not sure I will buy again. I am stuck with all these desktop/car chargers(5), that I cannot use.

Horrible delivery as the delivery method they used i'm sure was the cheapest carrier, but it was delivered to the wrong address and i was in touch with the company on where my product over a week. If you want the cheapest carrier, then this is the site to purchase your product.

Works great

I have used this battery case for a few weeks and it does charge the battery but the output of the wireless is 5 watts. So you will only get a boost and not a full charge. The case will help you get though the day but will not fully charge the iPhone (10s max) 
Fits well in the hand, has some grip to it and easy to fit in the pocket of jeans. Just not the “wow” factor on the recharge levels.

Nice design-okay battery life

I bought mine a few weeks ago over the Apple designed case solely for the ability of being able to turn the charge on when I want which I love. But the new design I guess to accommodate people who don't have wireless headphones isn't a fair trade off. The phone takes entirely way to long to charge since it's charging wirelessly now. When I plug my phone directly into the lightning port I get 50-60% in an hour. That same time charging through the case I may get 30%Go back to charging into the port please

It does not charges the IPHONE XS MAX. It shows charging but does not. Further more I also purchase the new vent holder This does not charges with the case on. The previous version was so much better and the magnetic feature worked great and charged very well

Horrible

I have been buying mophies for years for cases, charging portable batteries and wireless charges. I have to say this has got to be the worst case I have had. I have to hold down the power button for 8 seconds to turn on the charger. All of my other phones (business phones) only have to be held down for 2 seconds. So it's annoying having to sit there holding it down just to change it.

Disappointed

I bought this a couple weeks ago after reading stellar reviews but I must have received a dud. It does not hold a charge or charge my phone so $100+ down the drain! Very disappointed really wanted to love it. Had one for my iPhone 8+ and thought it would be the same. Ended up purchasing a diff charger case for $30 so far works great!

I have been using mophie products for over 5 years now.... I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this mophie for my XS Max iphone.  It does NOT charge my phone to a full charge.  It did not even charge it half way!!! UGH!!!  I am used to my mophies charging 120%.  This one does not!!!  Also, it was only available in black. Need to manufacture more of the colored models.  I would never buy it again unless it charges my phone to a full plus charge like my 6s model did!!!  For the amount of money this cost.... it should charge to at least a full charge!!!!  Again, NOT a happy camper with this model!!! :-(

Mophie for iphone XS Max - NOT HAPPY with this one

I owned a Mophie before for my IPhone and I loved it because I could charge my phone whenever I wished and whenever I needed it by simply switching the lever to the charge mode. I had to changed phone and got the iPhone XR and got a new Mophie for it. Well, it's useless because the lever has disappeared.l to be replaced by a button that turns on whenever I hold the phone. Very disappointed. The design must be changed back to what it used to be.

Not functional and not practical design
