I saw a youtube video showing how this restores faded yellow plastic headlights.  It was so easy, just like waxing a car.  Wash the headlight, rub it in hard with a clean towel, and wipe off with the other side of the towel.  Literally 5 minutes per side.

Very nice product and even learned it will polish sheet metal siding on a camper or in my case my race rig that was dull an tarnished from chemicals BlueBeaken put on it at the truck wash.

Bear with me: I didn't use the polish on metal, I bought it for one reason. My headlight lenses . 
I saw video on net among many , all claiming to be the best at uv haze removal. I spent no more than 5 min with my cordless drill on each light, MAJOR difference . I see that I can spend few more min will get even better. Very pleased with my purchase

try it on your headlights

I tried everything on my cars headlights and nothing work until I saw this item on you tube used by professional on his cars headlights and OMG!!, it really works right away, they went from yellow to clear in just minutes. Forget all those videos on how to make your ucky cloudy vehicle headlights clear again with scrubbing and power tools!
This cream is the bomb! Wash the lights, dry, apply this paste on with an applicator sponge or clean cloth, and rub and clean off that oxidation grunge! Voila, nice nice headlights! Apply a coat of wax after to your headlights, and you’ve saved a ton of money doing it this simply! 
No need for power scrubbing tools!

I received it today and applied it to 2 of my Vehicles head lamps,if the shine holds up,it will be the first time I saw something  on the internet that lived up to the hype.Now this product was not specifically  for headlight restoration,but it's the best,cheapest and easiest. I am flabbergasted.

My driver's side headlight cover was badly discolored from the Sun. This product brought it back to about 85 to 90% clarity after three applications, as compared to the ice-clear Passenger side. I am quite satisfied. I applied an additional sealant in the hope that it will stay clear.

Works to clean Plastic Headlight Covers.

This is a very fine grit paste.  I've used it to polish aluminum standoffs.  Even use to rub off a coating on eyeglasses: the coating started to flake off, used this with my fingers to burnish off the remaining coating, the plastic lenses were smooth and shiny, with no scratches or other detriment to visibility afterward - just as if the coating was never there on new lenses.  It is a very fine grit, so may take more work to accomplish the same amount of burnishing, but that also means you have more control over the wear.  Had a jar sitting in the garage for years, so it got overly degraded.  There are other choices, but this is my go-to polishing compound, so I got a new one as a replacement, but now store inside the house.  Somewhat expensive for a polishing compound, but high quality, and it works well.  This paste is about 1200 grit as aluminum oxide, which sounds a little coarse on grit level, but the paste provide lubrication and reduced pressure to move around the grit.  I believe there is some solvent in the paste, so not recommended to polish blued gun metal (the bluing will get removed), but works sweet on non-dyed metals: stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, etc.  Mothers won't reveal grit level claiming it is proprietary data, but guesses from users is the grit level is around 12,000.  Sandpaper usually maxes out at 3000.  Toothpaste is significantly more coarse to scrape off tartar.
