My baby ended up not liking the nipple shield but I didn’t have a huge issue with latch to start with, I was just experiencing a little soreness. The product itself is quality and durable, we just didn’t need it. Easy to use and easy to wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I wanna give kudos to the packaging of this product. It’s like opening up a gift. The travel case is also top-tier. It’s a lovely pink color, which is awesome. This is wonderful to have during the first few weeks of nursing again the cleaning syringe also makes cleaning the shields so much easier sometimes it’ll get clogged at the end of a feeding. This just allows cleaning to be much more easier. I highly recommend this. Especially if you are a first time mother.

You can see the milk flowing. It’s nice and portable. Comes with a travel bag and comes in different sizes for your nipple shape overall pretty impressed with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re officially on month 9 of my breastfeeding journey with my son, and he now has 6 teeth 😅 so I wanted to be proactive and protect myself — ya never know! I decided to try the Munchkin Flow Nipple Shield+ and I’m so glad I did. My son was a little curious at first, but after a short adjustment period he nurses with it on no problem at all.

The fit is great — it stays securely in place with excellent adhesion, and honestly I barely notice when it’s on. It’s soft and comfortable, which makes breastfeeding with teeth much less stressful. Cleaning is super easy, and I love that it comes with a storage case so I can keep it clean, protected, and ready to go. The case also makes it very portable, which is perfect for tossing into a diaper bag when we’re out.

Overall, this has been such a helpful addition to our breastfeeding routine and has given me peace of mind as we continue our journey together.

I love that it has the flow channel so that you have peace of mind that your baby is getting milk. It’s super easy to clean. and I love the case so that you can just throw it in a diaper bag and go.

Nipple Shield – A Game-Changer for Early Breastfee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are light weight and easy to use. They are portable. The flow feature is cool but it’s still unclear how much baby is swallowing and getting. So not sure it’s totally necessary but it’s a good feature/thought. Hard to get them to stick to your nipple and stay in place though. Baby can swat it off. My baby did not prefer it she knew it was there. She is 11 months though maybe a younger baby would be less aware.

Light weight easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the carrying case that can also be used to sterilize it and the syringe to help flush it clean. However, my baby wasn’t a fan of this shield. She got frustrated with it and how much work she had to do to get the milk compared to not having a shield. The plastic material of the shield wasn’t my favorite, it made my nipple feel sweaty. It does work though if you need something to protect your nipples as they adjust to breastfeeding.

It works, just not the one for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Munchkin Flow Nipple Shield + is a really interesting concept. I love the packaging and the overall idea behind it. Being able to actually see the milk flowing through the tube into my son’s mouth is such a neat feature and makes feeding feel a little more transparent and reassuring.  The shield itself is very well made. It is thin and skin like, which helps it feel closer to a natural latch, and it is also very easy to clean. That said, this particular size was not the best fit for my nipple. There is a small gap that causes bubbles to form in the tube, so it does not sit as snugly as I would prefer. My son also needed a little time to get used to it. At seven months old he kept inspecting it during feeds, which was honestly a little funny to watch.  The storage container is so clutch. Overall I like the concept and appreciate the thoughtful design, but because the fit was not quite right for me I probably would not purchase it again.

Cool Concept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept is a great idea, especially once baby’s teeth have erupted, but unfortunately it just didn’t work for us. It was difficult to keep in place, and baby struggled to latch comfortably while using it. I was really hoping it would be a good solution but it just wasn’t the right fit for us. That said, the cleaning syringe does make clean up quick and easy, the included travel case is convenient for taking it on the go. I’m hopeful it still may be worth a try for others.

Great concept, just not a good fit for us.
