Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great movie, misleading photo on website. Obviously the website photo is not updated, clearly shows square corners indicating a slipcover, but product received had no such slipcover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another winner Just about any Studio Ghibli movie will be a beautifully crafted masterpiece. This movie is no exception. Everything from dialogue to color palette and imagery is thoughtfully constructed. My Neighbor Totoro had been added to our Ghibli library. This movie is about a girl making a new peculiar friend after moving to a new house.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Neighbor Totoro This movie is everything Miyazaki intended it to be. A very simple and innocent exploration of childhood. There aren't any bad guys, just normal circumstances that a child may have to deal with. There are many fan theories about the movie, but looking at just the movie as he intended it to be, makes it invoking for the child watching it. They feel they connect with the characters. Everything is a game, everything can be made fun, everything is imaginative. It is interesting how he captured the mind of a child so much! And of course, everyone loves the soft fuzzy furry Totoros. Of course!
