I used to take Vitex (a different brand) so I knew it would be effective and regulating my menstrual cycles so I was excited to try this stuff. It didn't take long for it to take effect, and started to menstruate again. Although at 41 years old I would love to not have to deal with a period anymore, but I also know what it means when I do and I'm not ready for that stage in my life yet, so I'm happy to take this stuff that works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pills haven't been really working for me quite yet. I will keep trying them. The taste isn't bad in my opinion and they're easy to swallow. I will keep taking them to see how well they work.

The formula is pretty clean — each capsule contains 400 mg of vitex (chaste tree berry) and is vegan, gluten-free, and free of dairy/gelatin. For some reason it causes me heartburn so I rated it a 3. 

The bottle is simple and well-sealed, so your vitamins don’t dry out early. 

I cannot speak that it helped cramps, mood or shorten my cycle but I would be willing to try a similar product if they revamp this one or if my stomach tolerates this one better. I tried with and without food. It tastes like fruit as well, not vegetables. 

For what you’re getting (clean formula + good capsule count for the price) it seems like decent value. The brand has a good idea and I hope others find success with this. I tried it for about 10 weeks.
