I bought 3 sets of these  over a year ago on sale.
Not one has broken.  I changed hangers because I was tired of my clothes having little pumps on the shoulders or falling on the floor .
These hangers eliminated these issues. 
They are also narrow and do not take up unnecessary space.

Nice slim hangers, soft smooth surfaces and rotating hook.  Rubberized I think but not too grippy.  Best hangers ever.  Opened a third of my closet space swapping out the thick plastic or wood hangers.

Space saver

I love these because they are solid and rubber-like, and the metal part turns 350°. I don't like the velvet ones so this is a perfect alternative.

They work as hangers, but not at all as good as the ones that are silicone coated so that clothes stay on them without slipping.  Glad I got them on sale, otherwise I would take them back.  Just not worth the gas to return.
