I decided to downsize from a large coffeemaker to this one cup coffeemaker.  I love how hot it is.  I love having the milk frother as well.  I am still trying to decide which coffee I like the best.  Sometimes I have a hard time pushing the top
Into place but it seems to be my struggle.    I am happy so far.

I absolutely love the Virtuo Next . It's easy to use, heats up quickly and makes great coffee with just a press of a button. I especially love making iced coffee with it, and one of my favorite features is being able to start it straight from my phone. It makes busy mornings so much easier. I also love that I can make both coffee and espresso, and it doesn't take up much space on my counter. I recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to make coffee and espresso.

I love coffee and Nespresso products. My first coffee maker died after several years of service. This news, I love it for its coffee, but I find the closing mechanism is difficult and requires some strength that I do not really appreciate. I also regret the limited capacity of used water tanks and capsules. We are 2 coffee lovers who take together 2 to 4 coffees a day and more on weekends.

Bought a brand new nespresso 6 months ago.. it leaks almost every single time, throws error codes and has RUINED my brand NEW countertop. I'm so upset about this and would never buy anything nespresso again. Not to mention the cost is ridiculous. Save your money and buy ANYTHING else!

DO NOT BUY!!!

I received this as a gift about 5 years ago, it just died. I spoke to a technical specialist, they said it was an electrical issue and could not be fixed. I then spoke to a supervisor who said, "That is an appropriate life span for this machine. We do have other (more expensive) machines which last longer." He offered me a discount towards the purchase of a new machine. When I asked why I should add my dead machine to my landfill/recycling bin only to have to do the same thing eventually with the next Nespresso, he said "That is the best I can do."

To continue: After I saw the response from Nespresso: (....Rest assured that we'll be happy to further assist you via live chat on our website....) I reached out one again through the chat. And this was the response:
"Please note that as agents from the digital chat, we can only share with you troubleshooting steps that you may follow to try fixing your machine."
So, it was a total waste of time. Plus my initial chat was disconnected, so I spend a total of another 30 minutes with Nespresso only to be now futher ahead.

5 year life span.

Très déçu de cette machine. Fermeture nécessite d'appliquer de la force. Pas de créma persistante, disparaît au bout de quelques minutes. Café pas assez chaud. Le résultat ressemble à un café filtre (au prix de Nespresso…). Plastique fragile.
Très bon service après-vente de Nespresso, garantie de satisfaction la machine est retournée.

I bought this machine in April to replace my VirtuoLine machine with round head and on recommendation of the Nespresso agent on the phone. I can already say that it is of poor quality. All plastic... In May, it no longer works well (grains in the coffee, water remains in the compartment for the capsule). Return of the machine, receives a new replacement. I then broke 2 cups in two weeks just because the backing tray has no clip to hold it in place. It is made of plastic, lightweight, has no stability. I do not recommend at all! Take the Premium version that looks more robust and quality. This machine is not up to the standards and robustness I know from Nespresso.

Do not buy, poor quality

I've been using this product for about two weeks when the problem started: roughly one out of every two or three capsules doesn't brew properly. Instead of dispensing coffee into the cup, it leaks inside the machine. It doesn't happen every time, so I cleaned it and kept using it for about two months, but the issue continued.

Yesterday I called the service center. They asked me to record a video showing the cleaning process and sent me a link. After cleaning, I checked for water leakage — of course there was none, because the malfunction only happens when a capsule is inserted and the coffee flows inside the machine.

This morning the very first capsule leaked inside again. Cleaning the spilled coffee is very time-consuming because it spreads throughout the internal parts.

Despite this being a machine defect, the exchange process is complicated and inconvenient, and I have wasted many capsules.

I bought the machine about a week ago from the Burlington location in the Fairview Mall, they completely lied to me. They told me I have 14 days to return it to the store from that happy with it for whatever reason and 30 days if I have a problem with it, they didn't tell me that it was so hard to close after putting in a pod in my hands with arthritis so when I called about it, I found out that if I wanted to return it. I have to pay shipping and shipping it across Canada to a certain location on my dime, not happy about that and I was told when I was in the store that all of these other products were on sale which was another lie they'll do anything I guess to make a purchase how you buy things I just feel being taken care of, I wanted to return it and purchase the other newer espresso machine that opens easily and you just throw in the pod into the hole so easy then I found out there's a lot of problems with this machine so at whatever cost they're getting them out and sold on your expense taking advantage of you and lying. I bought a lot of products there in the last two days but I found out they were never on sale. They're at regular price leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. I wish there was more locations near me a buyer beware I hear their pieces of junk would've been nice to know this before that's why they got them on for 40% off.
