Ive been smoking and vaping for almost 10 years, Ive tried to use the gum to quit before but I dont think I was mentally prepared to stop smoking so it didn't last long. I soon switched the gum back to the vape. But Its my second time attempting to quit because I can no longer afford to smoke (financially) and this time around I hope that I can stick to it, especially once I receive funds again. The gum gives me a choking sensation in my throat which turns me away from nicotine completely. Its fast acting and relieves all cravings other than the dopamine received from following old habit's and pulling the vape.

I have taken a liking to extreme chill mint but I no loger see it on the shelves nor do I see it on your website . Please advise if there has been a name change.

the new mint flavour is an improvement over the original orange flavour. if you are serious about quitting these can convince you, i only chew a small piece at a time because they are loaded with what your body is craving. do not let children use them and keep away completely from small pets.

I started chewing Nicorette Gum in the year 2002 and have been chewing it ever since. Yup, 18 years chewing Nicorette Gum. 
No tobacco cravings right from the start. Sore jaw after a few months. Yes. Did I get over that? Certainly. Am I completely addicted to chewing Nicorette Gum now? Absolutely. LOL. 
Way better for my health. Not a whole lot cheaper than smoking though but I don't even know how much a carton of smokes is any more. My health is much improved and I am no longer hassled by the anti-smoking third reich. 
I always enjoyed smoking. Love the smell of burning tobacco. I never looked at smoking as a bad habit but as a relaxation. But 35 years of smoking takes its toll and it was time to quit. Nicorette Gum allowed me to quit and still stay calm and I appreciate that. Way better than smoking pot or popping downers or turning to alcohol to keep life stable. I'm near 7 decades old and I thank God for the little pleasures in life.

Nicorette 2mg Fresh Mint Gum

I decided to endeavour to quit in April. I was smoking 30-40 cigarettes a day. And a 50 year smoker.
I started with the 4mg patch, gum and spray.
Gradually reducing cigarettes, I am now at 3 per day. I no longer use the patches just gum and spray.
Being as active as I can possibly be has certainly helped, however with the winter months coming, I am concerned that I may increase my cigarette intake out of boredom. 
I will have to think of other ways to occupy myself.

Hi my name is Patrick and I have been a smoker since a joined the Army 8 years ago. Hight stressfull situation and demanding task made me smoke more than a pack of cigarette a day. I am a non-smoker for 2 months now and I only used the 2mg nicorette gum. I chew 6-8 gum daily since day one. The first month was the toughess but once your lungs start to clear up and the food start to taste good again thats when its start to paid off. I hit the gym 3 days a week and swim twice a week. Best tool to quit smoking !!

I am addicted to this gum as I was to the cigarette, which causes me to have irritated gums and sore jaw. I quit smoking since August 2013 and at first I combined patch and gum I am just gum since December. I take at least a 25-by-4 day box. It is effective if you don’t get hooked.

My fiance tells me all the time how disgusting my cigars are on my clothes and hands, not to mention it affects her asthma. With this in mind, I want to quit ASAP, especially before our wedding. This gum has help me slowly cut down my cigar use and I am now down to a couple a day and hopefully none very soon. The taste of the fruit is very mild and not overwhelming, so it doesn't come across like it's trying to mask an odor or taste. I would recommend this to ANYONE who currently smokes and wants to quit, or even cut back.

Fresh Fruit is mild and works!

I gave this gum an average mark because I have nothing to compare this product with. I, unfortunately, had an upset stomach and will have to try something else.

Why has Nicorette discontinued the Fresh Mint flavour? It is the only flavour and texture that I like, and has always been the most popular flavour in the stores. I'd rather give up the gum than change to a flavour I don't like, so I think the Nicorette company is hurting itself in the long run.
