If you are wanting a new toy that can do it all, then this is for you. Great screens, sound, and options. Awsome camera and the mp3 player rocks!!!

But if you are wanting something that is compatible with GBA games and chargers than get the DS Lite.

I love all the features on my DSi just hate having to get all new games and chargers, and having to keep my old GBA SP with all of its games and chargers. One system that could do all that the DSi can do and be compatible would be so much better.

Still is awhole lot of fun!!!!

Great Toy, Just Missing Compatibility!!!

My 8 year old loves it. Relatively easy to use. She figured most of it out by herself. I like the fact that I could put parental controls on it. My daughter uses the pix chat with her friends and they spend a fair amount of time running to different sections of the house to text one another. The internet function is really slow by my standards but she plays more with the games and distorts the pictures more than she spends time on the internet so it doesn't seem to bother her.

Lots of Fun

I was a little hesitant to ask for the dsi for my birthday when I read some reviews saying that the cameras are not worth the extra cash, and that people might as well just get the ds lite. Oh boy were they wrong! The cameras are a ton of fun even if they aren't great quality, and the internet is terrific! It goes pretty fast if you have a good connection. I am typing this review on my dsi. =] This product is definitely worth the extra cash!

It is just amazing!

My son barely keeps his hands off it. He's 7. He gets wrapped up in his games and love to take pictures of his family. It does alot more stuff I haven't figured out yet and I think it can grow with him for a while if we don't get swept into the next new thing. He was dissappointed that he couldn't play his gameboy advance games on it but I told him to look at it as an opportunity to get some new games and he still has his advance to play those games on. Worth the money!

Seemingly addictive

My son had a DS for a few years, but one of the hinges broke so we replaced it with a DSi. My son loves the new features of the DSi. He uses the sound and video warps to create unique designs. The built in camera is also convenient. We downloaded one of the math games for free (using the 1000 points given for visiting the online store); the math game has helped him improve his speed of calculations (in addition, subtraction, mulitplication). I even find it enjoyable to see how quickly you can answer the questions (you get more points for accuracy and speed). The price difference between the DS and DSi is not that great, and the enjoyment my son has gotten has been worth the difference. I would highly recommend the DSi for those looking to replace a worn out DS.

I would recommend this product. I love it and I couldnt wait till it came out. I believe i was the first walmart associate in my store to purchase it at my store i was there early I had to wait till 12:01 a.m. to purchase it. but i found it worth the wait. If I want to play gameboy games on a ds i will borrow my sons ds. I will purchase 2 more when i can afford it for my 2 boys. I will get 1 for my 18yr old daughter if she wants 1 too. I love that i can sit at home and sit or lay in bed and go online. cause i cant do that with a desktop computer. I think the camera's work just fine on the DSI. I have been using them like CRAZY. The different frames are cute & just everything for the camera is cool. I could keep writting. I WOULD DEFFENTLY RECOMMEND THIS NEW DSI to our Customers.

Love It

Hi! This product is amazing! I have had it since Christmas of 2008, & it still works great! The speakers are very loud, the screen is almost completely scratch resistant & its so easy to hold! I let my little sister play on it & she left it open on the floor & my dog stepped on it, but it still worked! Also it charges SUPER fast & once you have it fully charged it will last all day with constant playing! Great for road trips! I would definitely recommend this! Its awesomeness over takes you:)

Awesome Product!

This system is a very unique upgrade to the highly demanded DS Lite...the cameras are actually not that bad at all, and the picture edititng sofware is very entertaining! The sound warping programs are quite fun too...the system is made very well (a little heavier though). The blue looks a lot better in person than the black, but it depends on what you like...though Nintendo will probably be coming out will more colors shortly! Having 1/4 inch bigger screens is nice too....the sound quality of the system is a lot better now, but the battery has just a little bit less stamina than the Lite! The Gameboy Advance slot is gone so don't get this if you are a fan of the Guitar Hero games for the DS system...unless you have a Lite too! The processor is twice as fast now and the system has 4 times the RAM as before. I like how the system can take up to 32GB of external memory via SD cards...the music player installed is a bit of a pain (because of the ACC formatting). The Internet is easy to use, but it seems to lack memory to load a lot of pages...still convenient though! The Picto-Chat has also been upgraded too...you can send actual pictures now! The only thing I dnt like is the way the D-pad clicks when you push it, but thats just me...a very minor thing for sure! Overall this system is fantastic...most people probably say it's not worth it to upgrade froma lite, but it truley is!

Sweet System!!!!

The bundle Wal-Mart.com offers for their Dsi is superb and comes with everything you'll need as a new Dsi owner... I love this system and what better way to have it all? The downside is they send everything in separate packages... talk about killing trees.

Would definitely recommend Dsi & Dsi Bundle.

Wow! I looked at this and thought, "How great!" But now when I go to play it everyday, I can't bear to look at it and see what I wasted my money on. The camera is horrible... and the sound is so scratchy!But, about the camera, it isn't lit, so the pictures are dark and fuzzy. But overall, the product is pretty fantastic!
