Handy ice cream maker

I bought my first ice cream maker at start of covid. The motor just died last week, so i feel i got a lot of use for many years. I love making cinnamon ice cream.... on top of warm apple crumble, YUM! I also grow chocolate mint in my garden so i have made lots of chocolate mint ice cream. Love my little machine.

Over 5 years making ice cream,

The texture of the ice cream was softer/liquid than I would have thought (McDonald’s milkshake style) but by putting it in the freezer it becomes like the ice cream of the trade. Don't make too much noise. Belle is a more affordable alternative to ninja creami.

Good value for money

Didn't freeze into icecream...just made frozen soup. Followed instructions to the letter. Had to freeze mixture for hours to have something like ice cream. I could do the same thing with my blender and then put in freezer.
Guess that's all I can expect.

Not as expected

The paddle is too large for the tub so can't turn. It just bucks around on the counter. 
Don't waste your money.
