Was dealing with desert sand being tracked into the house but this rug traps and camouflages it beautifully. Just need to shake it out and vacuum/sweep under it once in a while. It is doing exactly what I had hoped it would do! And it’s beautiful. The weaving is durable yet not scratchy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jute rug is much softer than you would think.  It's been two weeks and it has shed VERY minimally, which is not what you would expect from jute.  Its currently in my living room and I am very pleased.

Great Jute Rug!

Excellent quality, great price. I am pleased with how soft it is and it doesn't shed. I am using a rug pad underneath and it stays in place. If I needed another one or a larger size I would definitely purchase this again. It isn't a flat jute rug, but slightly raised due to weave but I don't have it in front of a door so there isn't a problem.

Terrific Jute Rug

Good value for the price and size - arrived sooner than I expected and quality is around what I expected. There is a bit of a smell that has not gone away yet after 6 days but I think it will fade over time. Would buy again if I needed another large area rug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug looks just like the pictures and it arrived in good condition. The only complaint I have is that there was an unusually high amount of moisture in the plastic bag it was packaged in and that made the rug kind of smell like mildew.

Good Rug, Moisture in Packaging

I purchased this rug in the "cream" color ( in 2 sizes).  The color and texture/weight of the rug are lovely, exactly what I was looking for.  However, the rugs have a "chalky/dusty" aspect that is less desirable. I just had my floors refinished and I ended up having to purchase felt rug pads to protect the floor from this gritty dust even though the rug itself doesn't need a pad to keep it from slipping.  Due to this factor (dust) I would not buy these again, even though I am pleased with the look and how they work in my space.

Beautiful, Nice Weight, but Dusty

Texture softens after being unrolled for a few days, but unfortunately the end weaves are also beginning to relax and it’s losing its shape.  I’m concerned it might be coming apart. Tucking in frayed pieces and keeping my fingers crossed. Otherwise has beautiful colors, natural vibe.

Loose weave

We love the feel of this rug under foot and the color, but the big question is the manner in which it was woven. The 2x3 was no problem but the 3x5 had holes that were created from it looked like severed cuts of the jute. Not something we could live with. The woman at Rugs USA was really wonderful and  took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.
 I had ordered a similar weave 7'6"x9"6",in off white that is quite nice. So I will order a 3'x5' in that same weave, in natural, to replace the one I'm returning

Disappointment...quickly replaced great appreciation and gratitude!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is nice looking at first glance. I put it in my living room three days ago and it is already starting to unravel in places. There are places that are knotted together and they've totally come apart, leaving big ugly unraveled fuzzy places. This rug might work in an area with less travel but what's the point of a rug you can't display? Don't waste your money on this one!
