We didn't want a rug that went under the bed so I tried two of these and placed them on both sides of the bed. WOW!!  Excellent choice.  The rugs are extremely soft and a perfect fit.  This is rug is such great quality that I'm thinking about buying the same rug in different colors for the additions bedrooms.

These rugs are beautiful & look better than the picture of them…I bought a large one for the couch area & coffee table & bought an oval for the bottom of our staircase in the same open area of the kitchen & family room!!! I bought two dark-gray rugs and very happy with my purchase! They arrived within a decent timing and were packed pretty well. It took about one week for them to become flat after they were rolled in in package and to get rid of some minor smell, which is norm. The rugs are very thick and fluffy, exactly how they were shown on the pictures. Great buy!

Soft, fluffy shag— I purchased the white with the dark grey swirl, the description listed “beige” but it’s a perfect shade of white.  I had a minor issue with it and contacted customer service. They were amazing to work with and quickly resolved the issue, far exceeding my expectations. I will definitely shop here again - quality product, excellent service.

Gorgeous rug / top notch customer service

We love this rug! Have replaced it a few times because it was dirty and carpet cleaning is not as effective as getting a brand new one. But we always replace it with the same color and style. It’s chic and soft on your feet. Our dog loves to lay on it and the kids love to play on it as well!

Soft, durable, and chic

I purchased the 8'x10' rug in grey to place over darker grey carpet. The rug arrived folded and needed to rest to even out. Straight out of the plastic, I was ready to return it, but I waited and was very glad I did. The rug is beautiful and I'm tempted to order another one in a larger size.

Wait 24-48 before judging!!

However the shag was much thinner than it appeared in the picture online.
And it's taking a long time for it to fluff up. Shipping was fast and on time and pact very professionally.
I will probably order again but not the shag.

Size and color is what attracted me.

The 5' carpet was rolled so tight for shipment that it damaged the backing and will not lay flat.  I've layed it upside down, vacuumed ,pushed and stomped but after several weeks it. still has ripples and bumps and won't lay flat. Not a good appearance for a new shag in our entryway.

I had the same rug 8 years ago and it was good quality and I loved it so I decided to order it again as I was refreshing my space. What a mistake and I won't order from Rugs USA again. The quality of the rug awful.
