These rugs are beautiful & look better than the picture of them…I bought a large one for the couch area & coffee table & bought an oval for the bottom of our staircase in the same open area of the kitchen & family room!!! I bought two dark-gray rugs and very happy with my purchase! They arrived within a decent timing and were packed pretty well. It took about one week for them to become flat after they were rolled in in package and to get rid of some minor smell, which is norm. The rugs are very thick and fluffy, exactly how they were shown on the pictures. Great buy!

Great rugs!

I love these rugs!  I ordered 5 large room-size rugs and runners for my 25' hallway, and now my brand new house looks fabulous!  This rug is plush enough to feel wonderful underfoot, and light enough to be easily arranged and vacuumed.  I do recommend the rug pad underneath, for comfort and to make the rug last longer.  I ordered the dark gray color, and it is really pretty, it looks just like the picture.  And RugsUSA had the best prices of any website.  The large rugs arrived in about a week, and I got one runner, but the other 3 are on backorder, so, a little disappointed with the delay, but they will show up eventually.  I would heartily recommend this rug to anyone.

Shaggy curves Dark grey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous rug, exactly as described. It is a showstopper in my room, the perfect finishing touch! Soft, fluffy shag— I purchased the white with the dark grey swirl, the description listed “beige” but it’s a perfect shade of white.  I had a minor issue with it and contacted customer service. They were amazing to work with and quickly resolved the issue, far exceeding my expectations. I will definitely shop here again - quality product, excellent service.

Gorgeous rug / top notch customer service

We love this rug! Have replaced it a few times because it was dirty and carpet cleaning is not as effective as getting a brand new one. But we always replace it with the same color and style. It’s chic and soft on your feet. Our dog loves to lay on it and the kids love to play on it as well!

Soft, durable, and chic

These rugs were in the home of the previous owner of my new house, so when I saw them in their listing, it was JUST what I wanted to have as well.  Fortunately, they gave me the link to rugsusa so I could order them for myself.  Love the sculptured look, and I bought something like 8 of them.  My only other option would have been to have something similar custom made, which would have cost a fortune !  I am very pleased with the rugs, their quality, and especially the price !

We could not be happier with our rug.  The quality is very good.  We wanted a model home look and this rug delivered!  Its beautiful and elegant and the size is just right. It was hard to find a rug larger than 8 x 10 and Rugs USA has a great selection of larger rugs and we were very happy with their service.

This rug is very good quality and has withstood several cleanings and high traffic areas. Still looks great. Would buy again and highly recommend.

Beautiful high quality rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this rug and I have bought two of them in different sizes now. Not sure which of the two this review it attached to (the 8 x8 or the 5 x 8). The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the 5x8 one of the 5' sides is not straight - not even close. It's curves out and back in on one side and its not a subtle thing it's very obvious. I will say the other one (the 8 x 8) is perfect.

The 5' carpet was rolled so tight for shipment that it damaged the backing and will not lay flat.  I've layed it upside down, vacuumed ,pushed and stomped but after several weeks it. still has ripples and bumps and won't lay flat. Not a good appearance for a new shag in our entryway.

The (threads) were very spaced and it felt very flat even after fluffing it up per the directions. If you want a thick pile, this is not the carpet for you. A little disappointed.
