These rugs are very high quality. The color is exactly as pictured, it arrived on time, perfectly packaged and no odor or damage. It fits my decor looks expensive and as long as you do not use vacuum with the brush on, the softness and shaggy texture retains. I absolutely love these rugs. I have encouraged family and friends to shop on USA Rugs!

This rug is so pretty and comfortable to walk on. So much better than those flat ones.  It looks and feels much better than it's price!  It also goes with so many colors since it's neutral.  It's got a nice pattern but not too busy.
We just love it.

Expenisve looking rug at a bargain price!

I am very happy with this rug.  It looks just like the photo.  Appears to be good quality so I anticipate it will last a long time.  The rug was shipped quickly so I received it within a few days after ordering it.  I was also kept informed of the shipment tracking, which I appreciated.

Great Rug

We love this rug! Have replaced it a few times because it was dirty and carpet cleaning is not as effective as getting a brand new one. But we always replace it with the same color and style. It’s chic and soft on your feet. Our dog loves to lay on it and the kids love to play on it as well!

First Experience - Rugs USA -Excellent

I purchased the cream colored rug. The lines are like a tan tone. It’s soft and shaggy, used a previous 1/2 thick rug pad I had. It especially pops on my dark wood floors. It’s a beautiful rug, received lots of compliments. The rugs on the site are pretty true to color. The photos are just the right lighting to match decor.

It was packaged well. There were covers on each end so that it wouldn’t get dirty. I did have to call rugs.com because I purchased this same rug in the 4x4 round size on the same day and this one arrived later. They assured me it was not lost and I received it soon after that. This is not my first rug from this site though. I would order again from this company.

I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little concerned at first when my rug came folded. I had never seen that before. However, it has formed nicely and fits perfect in my home. It came the day before my new furniture and I could not be happier.

Beautiful Rug

I love these rugs!  I ordered 5 large room-size rugs and runners for my 25' hallway, and now my brand new house looks fabulous!  This rug is plush enough to feel wonderful underfoot, and light enough to be easily arranged and vacuumed.  I do recommend the rug pad underneath, for comfort and to make the rug last longer.  I ordered the dark gray color, and it is really pretty, it looks just like the picture.  And RugsUSA had the best prices of any website.  The large rugs arrived in about a week, and I got one runner, but the other 3 are on backorder, so, a little disappointed with the delay, but they will show up eventually.  I would heartily recommend this rug to anyone.

Shaggy curves Dark grey

These rugs are beautiful & look better than the picture of them…I bought a large one for the couch area & coffee table & bought an oval for the bottom of our staircase in the same open area of the kitchen & family room!!! I love Rugs USA as this is probably my 6th or more order…prices are so great that I can change annually !!!!!

LOVE RUGS USA & LOVE TO CHANGE UP ANNUALLY

The 5' carpet was rolled so tight for shipment that it damaged the backing and will not lay flat.  I've layed it upside down, vacuumed ,pushed and stomped but after several weeks it. still has ripples and bumps and won't lay flat. Not a good appearance for a new shag in our entryway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying the color was what I was hoping for, but the quality wasn't. I thought it would be more plush but it isn't. The (threads) were very spaced and it felt very flat even after fluffing it up per the directions. If you want a thick pile, this is not the carpet for you. A little disappointed.
