This rug was perfect!  looked exactly like the picture shown, and fit the room to a T.  I bought it for my mothers den - she was out of town for a few days so I wanted it to be a surprise. It was a great success.  The other huge plus was the extremely fast delivery.  I ordered it, and it was on the doorstep three days later.

We really like this rug. It is very comfortable to lay on even without any extra padding underneath. The pile height is exactly what we wanted, long enough to feel soft and comfortable but not too long that our young children's food spills get stuck in it. Also, the shipping was crazy fast. We had the rug at our front door about 36 hours after ordering.

Comfortable and good looking rug.

When redecorating her bedroom, my daughter's biggest request was a plush, thick, pretty rug that would be comfy to play on. We narrowed it down to several shag rugs. This beautiful blue ombre rug hit all the requirements. Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. The 6x9 cloud of luxury surpassed mom's expectations as well as my daughter's. This most excellent rug is extremely thick, comfy, vacuums nicely, with a color pallette that is beautifully mixed together. It was better than the picture. We are using a rug pad but honestly think it would be fine without it. The only negative (which wasn't a negative for us personally) was a slight chemical smell when opened, but that was to be expected. It aired out just fine and no lingering smell. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Blue Ombre Striped Shaggy Rug - This Rug Rocks!

I go back far enough to swear off shag rugs for ever but I now remember the comfort they gave you. This is a lightweight shag and even though I am an 82-year-old female, I was able to carry it from the mail room!! Oh how I love the feel of this rug under my feet.

Great Purchase!!

In the market for 2 large area rugs for our newly painted & laminate floored condo.  Before I ordered the bigger rugs, I ordered the 2X3 size for the kitchen.  It was shipped immediately & it's absolutely gorgeous.  The edging is perfect, it's soft and the colors are perfect.  Can't wait to make the purchase for the 2 larger ones and the matching runner, they will look fabulous in our place.  I definitely recommend this rug, it had no harsh smell when I opened the package at all as some others have said.

Was quite disappointed with this one. Not sure if the different color choices for this item are made at different locations or what, but we have enjoyed a beige multi-striped for the last three years. This year, we decided to order a blue multi-striped one. We never even took it out of the packaging! Simply cut back the plastic about a foot and examined it. The backing on this rug was completely different from our previous rug, and the weight of the pile was so thin I could easily push my fingers into the backing. Extremely disappointed. Not sure if this rug is made by another manufacturer now or what, but we had to return it.

Something has changed!

This rug is perfect. It really brought our room together and the feel is much softer than I was expecting. We absolutely love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this rug unwrapped and sitting out for a week, first in a spare room with a fan and air purifier running and then in the garage because the smell is so strong and terrible. I'm not sure if we'll be able to keep it because the smell still hasn't dissipated.
