I ordered this rug for my baby's nursery. It arrived very quickly! Unfortunately, when I opened it, it had a spot on it. But I contacted RugsUSA the same day and they rectified the issue by sending a new rug within a few days. Customer service was 5 star.  

Additionally, the rug is super cute. Its quite thick so it has some cushion. No need for additional cushion underneath. It sheds a little but vacuums easily. I would definitely recommend purchasing.

Luxe area rug!

Rug is beautiful! Good quality & exactly what we were thinking. The rug is wool so I would double check on cleaning instructions before you do anything just to be safe. We got a spot on our new rug and customer service was quick to help resolve the issue & find us a solution! Overall, our experience was top notch!

The rugs are thick enough to help cushion my feet and knees when I'm cooking all day, and they clean up very well (BBQ rib came right out).

Perfect for me!

Diamond trellis rug

This was a birthday present for my daughters room and while the color and sizing are what we expected, upon opening the rug it looks like it was used.  It has several worn areas and several others where the stitching has been pulled apart.  The packaging and delivery were sufficient, so it definitely didn't happen in route.  While the price was reasonable, it wasn't reasonable for what appears to be a previously used or seconds rug.  We've ordered here before and been satisfied, unfortunately not so much this time.

Disappointed

Looks exactly like the pictures, but it sheds a ton and is not soft. In fact, it's really itchy! I'm not sure if all wool is like this or if it's just this rug, but it's definitely not something I want in my nursery because it's just not cozy for my baby! Whenever I sit on it with him, I end up feeling itchy all over and I'm constantly picking off little wool hairs off his clothes and mine. I think I'll get a different rug, which is too bad, because it's really cute!

Not for my nursery

The rug delivered in a timely manner.  When we unwrapped the rug from its wrapping and rolled it out the rug had grimy dirt spots on one end of the rug while the entire other end was dirty.  It also has a mildew smell.

This rug was stained from the colors bleeding into the white. The rug was rolled and the color of the back of the rug bled onto the white. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews. It had so much potential but very cheaply made
