We bought this rug for our living room to pair with our new beige couch and it looks great! We followed the instructions we were given and took the rug out of the package and rolled it the opposite way 1 day before installing it and it's perfectly flat. I will definitely be back to buy another one for a different room soon.

The rug is absolutely beautiful. It's very soft. I was worried it would be more white but it's actually a nice grayish cream background and all the colors have A speckle of other colors in them that will make it go with almost anything you put it with. I hope the pictures help you see that. It is also a full 8x 10 Which Many are Advertised as such and I are not full-size. 
I have never ordered any rug that I've been so pleased with you won't be disappointed.

I love the light gray color and patternnof my rugs.  I am happy with the quality.  I couldnt believe how quickly they arrived!  I got my rugs the day after i ordered them!  They are just the right thickness.  They are soft and feel nice on my bare feet.

I absolutely loved the rug  I ordered . It looks even prettier in person. Descriptions and pictures of the rug  were accurate . Ordering process was very easy. Customer service were very helpful , got back with answers very quickly and friendly . shipping was fast too. Great experience all around

Great rug and expeio

I love my rug, it is beautiful and the color not only keeps me stimulated while sitting and standing at my desk all day, it is comfy under my feet. I struggled to pick between the runner and the round. I went with round and it was the right choice for my space. (I liked having both options!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shipping was very fast and rug design is nice. Edges are not completely cut straight but it is not a huge deal. There was a slight smell at first but it did go away fairly quickly. This is a great rug for the price!

Great value!

We thought this rug would be a great deal with the sale and the NYT review but when it arrived it was so thin and crappy. It was supposed to replace a crappy rug we got online but this was far worse and rough feeling. Felt so mislead and ripped off after reading the reviews that raved about this rug. We have thin rugs but not like this. Had to eat the return cost, wasn't worth to keep. Didn't look like the video at all.

My rug was not rolled nicely for shipping, instead it was folding like some dish towel you'd shove in a drawer. It's been laying out for a week and still doesn't lay even close to flat. I really want to love my rug but it's creased so badly and looks like it will never lay flat. Very disappointed.

Poor packaging ruined my rug.

I have bought two other rugs from here and I was happy with them. This rug is terrible. Scratchy material. It was delivered all folded like a blanket and after 10 days it still doesn't even lay flat and has kinks and creases all in it. The other rugs were just rolled, as they should be! I am so disappointed that I have decided I will not buy another rug again. I also bought the more expensive rug pad which is not even a pad at all. It is so thin it provides no cushion whatsoever. What a waste of my money. I can't be bothered to return it because I would have to move all my furniture again which is nearly impossible for me.

Don't buy

First of all pictures on the website don't show the REAL color. When we received ours, the color of the rug is like a dirty color. It's not cream like on the website, it looked like we bought a cream colored rug that we had for years that we had never vacuumed or washed. I am not happy with my purchase at all. I regret this purchase!
