[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new runner. This was on sale and fit my needs. The color was a match to what I viewed online. I didn't realize that I shouldn't remove the label on the underside because it pulls out the carpet fibers. I stopped once I saw what was happening but you have to know it happened to notice. Overall it was a nice carpet. I didn't get the padding for underneath and it's fine. The edges are curled and I used alien tape to hold it down. I've vacuumed it a few times since I got it and it's easy to clean. Would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had originally planned on returning this runner because I ordered to wrong color. I put the runner down and it looked so nice on my floor that I'm glad I didn't send it back. Only recommendation is to get a thick rug pad.

Great rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the pattern and feel of the rugs. They are made well and are beautiful. We have had them down for over a week and still have some rolling and creasing as they were rolled very tightly for shipping. If not for that, we would have given these rugs and Rugs USA five stars.

Runners

The pattern is attractive, but the rug is extremely thin. We placed a rug pad underneath, yet it is so thin that the corners still curl up. A rug pad is absolutely necessary because the rug does not stay in place and is very slippery, which can be a safety hazard and increase the risk of falls.While small spots can be cleaned, the rug cannot be machine-washed and requires professional cleaning. Overall, we are disappointed with this purchase and would not buy it again.

Attractive pattern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I do like the look of the rug and the pattern it brings to the room, I am not a fan of how it feels to walk on it. There is no plushness or softness to it. It rather feels like walking on felt. Hard, no cushion underfoot.

Moroccan rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, two sides of my 4x4 square rug aren't cut straight. I can't hide the bad sides with furniture as it is sitting in the entryway by my door when you come in the house. Very frustrating and surprised it passed inspection.

Misshaped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the rugs - I also bought two smaller ones to coordinate with the runner. Unfortunately, they are already unraveling at the corner and I've only had them for two weeks in my new home. The short ones also are unraveling at the corners - it may be simply a flaw in these specific rugs. They are beautiful. And I am disappointed that the edges are not holding up after only two weeks-both rugs have two sides that are unraveling-that must be why they were on sale.I live alone and do not have a dog so I don't know what would caused them to unravel so quickly.I love how they look, but they are not holding up to basic use.

Beautiful blue color and not made to hold up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet is flimsy and almost like cardboard. It's still has bumps and lumps in it from being rolled up. I just gave a donation to Wayfair, because I don't feel like sending it back, but do. NOT get this carpet if you are looking for softness, depth, and comfort.

Cardboard caroet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very poor quality item, it's so thin and light that it hasn't flatten in over two weeks even though I put several heavy items on it. The worst part is the uneven stitching at both ends. It's hard to tell from the pics but the ends of the rug are not straight which makes it look even cheaper. Do not recommend unless you're looking for a simple mat for under a bed which is the only reason I'm keeping it.

Very poor quality, uneven, cheap-looking

I am very disappointed about this rug purchase. Much thinner than expected. Also after two weeks won't lay flat. The bumps and waves from shipping have not laid out and have no sign of flattening without having to purchase additional adhesives. One corner will not stop rolling up. I am so disappointed. I would like to return but due to the size and no response from Rugs USA I am keeping it for it. What a waste. Color and pattern are fine, but I cannot get past the waves, it looks awful.
