[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got a 9 x 12’. Love the print and feel of this rug. I have kiddos and this has enough pattern to it that hides little spots. The colors are neutral enough to decorate with other colors easily. We’ve received so many compliments on it!  The rug did take about a week for it to flatten, and we used heavy objects to help with holding down the ripples. The corners flipped up and I found that bending the rug in the opposite direction remedied that.

The rug is the perfect design for our living room. It catches one’s eye but isn’t overstimulating or distracting. My husband at first referred to it as “a little busy” but by the end of the same day, he commented, “now that I’m used to it, it’s just the right amount of pattern.”
It came folded, not rolled, and we are still waiting for some of the creases to settle. We put a rug pad with it immediately so I can’t speak to how it is alone.

Great patterned “neutral” rug

I'd been searching for a rug for months that worked in my modern farmhouse space. I decided to take chance on this one, and I'm so glad I did! The creases from shipping came out within a few days and there was no smell as others reported. Love this rug so far - would buy again!

Great Rug

Very pretty rug, much brighter white in person than what pictures show. Think of it as a white rug with a pattern on it, not a grey rug with detail. Gave it 4 stars because the corners will not lay flat, having to try double sided tape to get them to stay down & one corner is fraying a bit.

Great room rug

This rug is very thin. I should have gone with my gut, you get what you pay for.  
Though all the reviews were good, the price should have told me more. 
I also bought the premium rug pad thinking “premium” would beef up the rug if it were thin. The pad was also thin and did nothing to add substance to the rug. 

The rug was for my living room and is now being used in a guest room.

Thin

The carpet is a great weight, but is significantly darker in person than it appears in the photos. My one HUGE complaint is that it came folded- not rolled. This has made it very "wavy" and it has yet to settle 2 weeks in. We have tried everything and it just looks awful.

Nuloom Carpet

When I received my rug it was rolled and folded in half. We have steamed it and let the rug sit for a week with heavy objects on it to try and release some of the wrinkles. We are currently ironing it as a last attempt. The rug is also very thin, VERY disappointing, would not purchase again.

Wrinkly rug

I received my new rug, but I’m reserving judgement on my experience. If possible this rug is more wrinkled and creased. It also has curled edges. To be honest the creases don’t seem to be as set in as the first rug so I am attempting all the suggestions you gave before letting you know if I’m satisfied or not. I’m hoping all works out as I really love the rug, and I don’t want to go through all the runaround I will get if I send it back for a full refund. I’m hoping I receive an answer from you regarding this but I’m not holding my breath

I didn’t have time to send this rug back but I would’ve if I didn’t just need some bring for the space. The quality was poor, not soft at all, and some of the rug had a patch that was gone close to one of the corners. It’ll work but I wouldn’t buy again

Was so disappointed, after being so excited to receive it. I thought they had sent the wrong rug. It looks nothing like the pic. I compared it to another pic online, and realized, looking at it in person makes it look all faded and cant even make out the patterns in it. But take a pic. look at your camera and you can see it better.
