I'd been searching for a rug for months that worked in my modern farmhouse space. I decided to take chance on this one, and I'm so glad I did! The creases from shipping came out within a few days and there was no smell as others reported. Love this rug so far - would buy again!

Great Rug

I LOVE this rug! I bought the 9x12 and so glad I did!  It goes perfect in our new house! We are still furnishing our home and need more rugs and would definitely order from here again! It took some time and work to get the wrinkles out from it being folded but they are mostly out now. It is very soft and well made!

If you’re on the fence, don’t be!

I had to return one of the two rugs I ordered because it didn’t look right in the space. The return process was seamless and the customer service person I spoke to was excellent.

First time customer—won’t be last!

We ordered three rugs in this Honeycomb Labrinth pattern in grey and blue.  We put the round rug in the living room area. It immediately made it warm and cozy.  It laid down well right away.  Our dining area rug  brought this open area of our home together.  A runner was added between our island and the cooking area.  We are so pleased with our new look.  Delivery was fast.  We could not be happier with quality, price and service.

Cozy and warm

I love it! It is very comfortable on your feet, and laid pretty flat when we took it out of the bag. Colors matched what is pictured online. I got it within a couple weeks of ordering even with FedEx being behind on deliveries (right before Christmas).

The rug is the perfect design for our living room. It catches one’s eye but isn’t overstimulating or distracting. My husband at first referred to it as “a little busy” but by the end of the same day, he commented, “now that I’m used to it, it’s just the right amount of pattern.”
It came folded, not rolled, and we are still waiting for some of the creases to settle. We put a rug pad with it immediately so I can’t speak to how it is alone.

Great patterned “neutral” rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is definitely true to size. However I was expecting it to be lush and soft based on other reviews and it is definitely NOT. Colors are cream, royal blue and light grey in washed out pattern just like the picture shows. Not unhappy with the purchase because for the size it was still a good deal.

Pattern is true but def not lush

I have the black and gray version and it's lovely. Good value for the cost. However, it was packaged by folding it rather than rolling and I cannot get the lines out. I put books down and other items but it keeps popping back up. Hopeful they'll subside eventually.

Great rug, wish they didn't fold it in shipment.

I bought this rug in 2019 and was extremely happy with the quality, but I recently had a spill and needed to replace it, so I just ordered the same rug but the rug that I received was of horrible quality. I expected it to cost more than it did two years ago, but didn't expect such a huge difference in quality. Very thin, was half the weight of the original rug, and poor quality dye. I will be returning it; so disappointed.

Don't waste your money. Very poor quality.
