You know the saying.... You get what you pay for.  Well that's not the case here. I wasn't expecting anything amazing due to the cheap prices but I was wrong. Our rug is perfect. It's exactly as shown in the pictures and description.  It laid flat after one night after being rolled out. It has enough gray in it to hide dirt and it looks amazing in our living room.  We have gotten multiple compliments on it and no one can believe it when we told them what we paid.  It's a little thin but I already knew it would be.  It's still very comfortable and soft.  We will definitely be ordering from here again!

The design, colors and quality of the rug for the price is really great. We did buy a 1/2 inch Matt for the rug which adds a plush look to the rug. The only problem is the 12/18 ft rug came folded and not rolled so there r many creases in the rug of that size. Hopefully they will disappear in time even with the Matt under the rug. That was the only negative to this purchase. It came in less than a week which for shipping now days is almost on heard of. The other smaller rugs I ordered came rolled as the should.

12/18 ft rug appearance and quality

I bought the (light) gray broken lattice rug for my foyer and I love it!  Looks just like the pictures on the website. It has a nice creamy background with charcoal and gray lines (lattice) and then even lighter (thin) shades of gray running through the creamy colored area.  I was a little afraid about buying the light gray rug as it might show dirt, but so far so good, plus I got the rug on sale and a reviewer said the rug was easy to clean.  I also LOVE the fact you could see what the rug will look like in your room or space on the website...that's extremely helpful and I'll definitely be purchasing from this store again!!

Perefect Purchase

Finally Found The Right One

Great rug

Still has not laid flat on the floor. Tried every trick I could find to help, but it seems the way it's packages creates ripples in the rug that just aren't budging. Read some other reviews about this same problem and thought I'd take a chance. Should have listened, but sticking with it for now and just dealing with it. Just not super happy with the product like I wanted to be. Love the look and feel of the rug though, low pile for my robot vacuum.

I've tried rolling it in the opposite direction, vacuuming it dry and with a cleaner, but it's still wrinkled throughout. I'm not sure if it's just due to the way it was packaged and it's thin nature, but I don't think I'll be purchasing another rug. Not the quality I was hoping for.

Great looking rug. I do really love the look, but it's super super cheap quailing and you can tell the minute it gets delivered. It's not heavy and like the weight of a few books and then when I opened the package and began to unroll it I see how super thin it was. I wouldn't buy again from this company and would stick to west elm or another reputable place where you can touch before you buy.  Again I wouldn't not recommend this at all.
