Quality of received rug and returns.

Love this rug, not rough on your feet and super cute in our space. We live in an RV and got the 6x6 and it works perfect! Really like that RUGS USA offers so many options in this size and I'm never disappointed with their speedy delivery and great customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a beautiful rug I love the texture but it does smell the first few days after you take it out of the packaging which I think it common with the natural fibers so if you are able to hang it outside to air out without it getting wet I think that would help a lot.

Great rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous farmhouse style rug! It is thick which is what I wanted, and it does slide around if without a rug pad just FYI. It is the perfect natural color blend. We have it underneath our bed and it looks great. At first it was a little stiff but it does soften up and become more comfortable on bare feet. However, if you are looking for any sort of plush, soft rug- this is not it. I actually find the material quite nice on bare feet. It does shed at times, which is expected with this type of rug. I am very happy with this rug!

Great farmhouse rug!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the style of the rug, and length but find it odd how much dirt came with it. Not sure if this is because of the natural fibers but we have white floors that its covering and there has been a lot of little dirt pieces surrounding it and under it. Also didn't think about how our chairs would maneuver over the rug, so we have to be careful bc it the chairs easily pulls on the loops in the rug. Overall, decent option for the price!

Good option, but kind of dirty??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never owning a jute rug before, I was surprised at its thickness.  There’s definitely a ‘face-up’ & ‘face-down’ side to the rug.  The ‘down’ side has knots in the jute.  Like the deep navy color, easy to vacuum.  Happy with it so far.

While we had some issues with shipping (our rug got delivered to some random address in another state), customer service was great and the rug got to us a day later.  I LOVE the look of the rug.  My complaint would be that it sheds worse than a dog and my kids are constantly covered in fibers as they play on it. Also, I do notice a few spots where it is coming unraveled a bit.  But alas, it is beautiful and the price can't be beat!

If you thought dogs shed...

The rug looks nice. I do wonder how long it will last - it already has many pulls and looks worn. When removing it from the packaging, a lot of dirt fell out. Was odd. I’ve also found piece of branches in the rug. Giving three starts because it is a nice rug, quality is poor (you get what you pay for I guess!) and it arrived very dirty.

Nice but poor quality

Beautiful rug and great price but not good for homes with kids or pets.  Within 2 days multiple places on the rug were coming apart and loose and we are not even using the area of the home that the rug is in often.  Cannot walk on this rug with any kind of shoes without out it catching onto to shoe are coming loose.

Beautiful but made cheaply

Smells terrible. I know jute rugs tend to have an earthy smell but this is just nasty. It also had a chalky residue to would come off on my hands and feet and it almost felt wet… which I think made the smell so strong. Also, it’s super rough!!! Definitely for outside but don’t walk without shoes cause it’s painful and super scratchy. Returned for a wool rug. Much better quality and super soft. Also just looks flattering.  This was purchased for indoors.
