[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is so soft and beautiful! It's definitely  gray and cream, not as close to black as I had imagined but I love it in my room. My kids spilled on it already and it cleaned up so well. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic rug! Really pulls our space together under the kitchen table! Just so other buyers are aware when you purchase larger sizes (mine is 8x10), there will be four larger gray stripes in the middle. There are only two shown in the photo. No big deal though!

Great Rug

I was pleasantly surprised by this rug. It's beautiful and very soft. It flattened out quickly and has stayed that way.  Would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the grey and it's perfect, true color, the picture  is pretty spot on. Rug is thin but not overwhelmingly so and it's still comfy enough to walk and sit on without a rug pad. For the price, I couldn't ask for more

Great price subtle pattern

Very pretty rug but the creases are so annoying! It's been almost three weeks and I still have several creases. They do provide you with an insert explaining why they fold the rug the way they do (faster shipping, etc) and how to manage the creases but it isn't really useful. I found a video online that explains how to use a towel and iron to try and “iron out” the creases. It somewhat helps but not on the bigger creases. 

Outside of this, it's very very pretty! It looks great with my living room decor and colors. It is thin so you will absolutely need a rug mat underneath to keep it from sliding around. Not sure about durability.

Very pretty but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because I bought this exact rug 6 months ago and I absolutely loved it so I recently decided to buy it again (one size bigger) but the material is completely different than my last rug. It isn't as plush and thick so it is pretty disappointing. I think customer service is wonderful and very helpful in the process but I just wish it would have been the same feel as my last purchase.

Love the look, wish it was thicker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not super impressed with the rug because patterns on some spots are fuzzy and hard to see. The color of this rug is not white as I thought. It's very creamy looking. Don't buy it thinking it is white. We will be keeping this rug since we don't feel like paying shipping the send it back despite all the imperfections.

Okay Rug

The color of this rug is now what appears online. Online, it looks like it's a cool off-white, but in reality it's a warm beige that has a very yellowish tone. It's almost like a buttercream color. The yellow tone didn't really match the rest of the colors in the room and I was disappointed with the purchase.
