My design aesthetic is black/gray/white and this rug is the perfect blend of colors to tie everything in with the wood floors.  Also, the rug is indoor/outdoor so I suppose if the dogs have an accident I can take it outside and hose it off.  Very pleased with the rug overall and the prompt shipping.

Exactly like the picture! Great color and durability with dogs! The best part was that it was shipped rolled up and not folded so I didn’t need to do any seriously flattening. I probably will get some rug tape for the corners and edges to stay flat (the rug pad I ordered is thick) since the rug will be walked on daily and to prevent catching and tripping

We also purchased the premium rug pads, which I would highly recommend. I shopped around online and their price was the best by far. We received everything in a timely manner.

Very pleased with purchase

Ships quickly. Rugs were just as described. Nice neutral colors. Light grey light blue and mostly grey/white not creamy white. The braid is small and soft under your feet. Not at all scratchy which is exactly what I needed since I’m using these indoors.

Great runners

I own 4 of these rugs and love them!  They look very natural and you would never know they are made from polypropylene.  I have them in busy areas of my home and they clean up beautifully with mild detergent and water. Pet stains disappear after cleaning.

Love this rug!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got two of these rugs in ivory to use as mats under computer chairs (works nicely for wheeled computer chairs). The rugs seem to be well-made but don't hold their shape very well. As soon as any of the braids start to unravel the rug looks a bit shabby; snipping the unbraided fibers restores the look of the rug.

I can live with it

The product looks great and although less expensive than most braided rugs I’ve seen - the quality matches the price. Since having it for ~month, some of the braids have frayed. I still think it’s worth the price. I just trimmed the frayed spots and you can’t tell - but now I’m extra careful with vacuuming and don’t let my robot vacuum in it regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug arrived in an appropriate time frame.  IT fit nicely in the room.  I lived with it for a couple days and decided it was not the look I was trying for.  The rug itself is nice, not too busy or heavy.  I would buy from Rugs USA again.

Braided Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This runner is perfect for my 12 foot hallway and matches my maple floors really well. It’s not perfectly straight so if you’re OCD, it’s probably not for you. I loved that it’s an indoor/outdoor rug as it’s in the hallway from the garage. It was a super good deal And I’m happy with it.

Perfect for garage hallway

I really wanted to love this rug, because it is exactly what I was looking for.  However, it just didn't work out.  Because it does not have any sort of backing on it, I could never get it to lay flat and it really bothered me.  I was going to use it under a dining room table and I could tell that the chairs were going to get caught on the edge of the rug every time we used them.  Sadly, I ended up returning it.  I wish that it was a little bit heavier and had a backing on it to keep it flat.

Beautiful but not functional

Very confusing experience - I tried to order a rectangular one but received an oval one instead. CS wasn't super helpful initially. Very confusing that a rectangular photo is used on almost all pages, even when/if you accidentally select a different shape or size.
