We bought this for an outdoor patio.  The color is great. The rug is very heavy and of good quality.  I’m glad it was outdoors as the smell/off gas was pretty bad - we could smell it for about a day in the patio area.  But all is good now.  It’s thin enough so no tripping but soft enough for bare feet and anyone sitting down on it to be closer to the coffee tables for playing a game.  I would definitely recommend and I would buy again.  Hoping it holds up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfect rug for my kitchen. The 10ft length works great between my island and other cabinets. It lays flat and, with the standard pad underneath, stays in place. Easy to walk and stand on and so far, easy to clean.

Great addition to kitchen

This rug, runner in my case, looks better than in the photo. Nice tight design, not thin and cheap, just thick enough for durability and any door can easily pass over it. I have vacuumed with light beater bar and no pulls or issues. Looks beautiful! I chose the tan color with flecks of white in it, goes with everything.

Beautiful Durable Runner

This rug is so awesome! I was really wanting a jute rug but didn't want anything that sheds since I already have animals that do that for me! I got this to give a natural and neutral appearance similar to jute but with less cleanup and it has worked great! My only complaint is it does tend to be very slick on my wood floor so make sure you have a great rug pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality, this is my second rug from this company. I use it outdoors and it holds up nicely and is easy to clean. However, they put large sticker labels on the back that are impossible to fully remove, I had to pick at it for over an hour and it ruined some of the rug, I would have to cut the rug fibers to fully remove it. Very frustrating they really need to remove those

Great Rug, but needs to remove sticker labels

This is a good, basic rug. It does still curl up at the ends after having it for 2 months and doesn’t 100% keep its shape but that’s not a deal breaker for me. It doesn’t shed, it’s easy to clean,  and despite the ivory in the rug it hides stains well.  I would still recommend it.

Nice for the price

The color blend on this rug is perfect for our dining area. Really pulled the room together. However I’m a bit disappointed that it already has several snags in it. I’ve only had it down for a month. I thought since it was an “indoor/outdoor” rug that it would have been more durable. Bought the extended coverage. Just dreading the process.

Great carpet. Great price. Questioning its durability.

Beautiful rug, nice quality. Should not be used outdoors. Way too thick and the braided material takes forever to dry after even a light rain. Also holding the moisture made the rug smell after only having it a week or two. Replacing this with a proper outdoor rug ASAP.

Not for outdoors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Somewhat disappointed in this rug. The salt and pepper definitely appears more warm grey online than in person. It’s not as good of quality as I was expecting. It came with some snags in it before we even had the chance to get any wear on it. But it’s too big for me to deal with the hassle of sending it back, so we are just making it work.

Don’t love

The rug is a great look, color and thickness, however, after less than a week and very minimal traffic on it there are already several loops that have unraveled. They look like big pieces of fuzz which really takes away from the overall aesthetic, and certainly doesn’t look like a brand new rug. Disappointing.

Great potential but disappointed

This rug is not good quality. I ordered my first one and within a month it had 2 snags. I exchanged it for a new one and now it’s been about 3 1/2 weeks and I just noticed a pull in it this afternoon. I am incredibly disappointed in the poor quality of this supposedly durable rug.
