Works very well for both heat and massage. Looks exactly like the picture. 
Only thing that I dislike is that it needs to be plugged in for use.

I bought this to go on the teeter inversion table,  it fits great and works well,  the heat is a bonus.

Add on to a Teeter!

I didn't find it very comfortable. It quit after using it a half dozen times. I'm very disappointed in it.

Not happy!!!!!!!!!!!

It does the job with heat and massage, but the pad has no body to it and slips around on the seat.  It will suffice for the winter months when I use it.

OK, but a little flimsy, hard to position on seat

Vibrations weren't very strong. The button was a bit of a hassle to connect and press, with no remote so I worried about using it in the car while driving. It was nice and thin though. Ultimately returned it.

Didn't keep it

It didn't worked well. Heating doesn't work at all.

Didn't meet the expectation

Massage vibration is a nice feature. Warms nicely. Unfortunately mine only heated in the back, not on the bottom.

Bottom didn't heat

There is no heat that works even with the massage function as shown on the operating mode.

Disappointing!

Great for my back.

I find the seat part is very small.  Not what i expected.
