I only had one problem it being sent through the  US MAIL. It was crushed and I only had  half a bottle of waving lotion by the time I got it. but I did manage to do my hair but I was not to happy . A couple of spot didn't curl  very good because there wasn't enough waving lotion. Other than that I was very pleased.    Also I didn't take any pictures, I never thought of that. I'm sorry.

I've used home permanents for years and this one is the best.  I love the way my hair looks after the perm.

I rated the product this way because it met my expectations for quality and value, especially considering the price. It worked as described, was easy to use, and arrived in good condition, making it a worthwhile purchase.

Haven’t used these yet but in the past have been very satisfied with them.  A lot of the success depends on your hair dresser %26 following the instructions.

I have been a customer of Walmart for many years and like  stores and online options.

These say they come with the cotton head band but they never do. Both my boys have perms so we reorder often and twice I have gotten boxes that the product had leaked out all over the place. The product works as expected just keep in mind you might not get what the box says.

Walmart sent me a product different than what I ordered with the original description covered up and a new description put over the top (like from a label maker). It came in a box with the correct description. I was so excited to use the product that I missed it. I can’t believe they did this! The product did not work correctly and I am stuck with it until it grows out.
