I made the purchase because it was reduced down to the cost of a TacoBell Binge Night 

Hooked it up via Optical Cable to my LG Smart TV

Like the LED Lights 
Decent Sound though not room rocking or thunderous bass 

It's like having a second tv on - slight surround sound effect when volumes balanced out 

Worth the $30 something

Small Soundbar with LED Light Feature

This is a great soundbar for the price. All I wanted was to be able to hear my TV a bit better, which this achieves. It even has a little bass, which is not super great by any means, but at a low level it's better than just treble (volume) alone. Remote works just fine, as do the colorful lights that shine beneath the speaker. Again, given the price, I can't really complain about anything, but the one thing I wish it had (even instead of the colorful lights) is a little screen that provides the level of sound or bass (e.g., 1-5 or 1-10). Basically something so it's not just a complete guess. Overall, a 5-paw/star purchase. We'll see how long it lasts.

Great purchase for the price!

If you are looking to fill sound in an auditorium, you'll be disappointed.  If you want to enhance sound in the average den, living room or bedroom, then you can't beat it for size, bass, sound quality and price.  My connection was with the optical cable, with no problems.  Sounds as good as my larger Vizio soundbar with satellite sub woofer I bought a few years ago.  I read the reviews, and the only comment I have about the negative reviews, are customers are expecting a home theater sound, that you won't achieve with a 2.0 soundbar.  Be realistic with expectations and you won't be disappointed.  The lights for me are a distraction, and won't use, and not the reason for the purchase.

Big sound - small package

I have a Vizio 65" TV and i was able to connect this speakers via Bluetooth. It was super easy and the best part i didnt have to plug it into my tv lol. The LED lights are an added bonus. This speaker has great spund quality compared to my other Bluetooth Onn speaker i was surprised by how well it sounded.

Great Speaker

This sound bar is compact, very easy to set up and connect, and my favorite thing about it is that it doesn't turn off every time I turn off the TV. So I don't have to hunt down the separate remote to turn it back on when I want to watch television. And the sound is great without needing a separate subwoofer

I was very surprised the quality of the sound bar. It sounds fantastic. I have it underneath my TV in my console, and my easy chair is about 25 ft away from the television. With this soundbar, I have no problems hearing the TV no matter what I I'm watching or listening to. I hooked up the Soundbar using the included Optical cable. Set up took about 5 minutes in total, and the majority of that time was my running the power cable through the back of my console. I have a brand new 47-in television, and this Soundbar sounds far better than the built-in TV speakers. I'm very happy that I bought it.

This is a fantastic sound bar

Sound when connecting for music was great plus lights are cool. Connecting to my Samsung TV a a struggle. Couldn't get it to work until I ran across this from Samsung…then it worked fine but bass was lacking from the TV.

Samsung TV Bluetooth PCM audio means sending uncompressed, stereo sound (PCM) wirelessly via Bluetooth, common for headphones or basic speakers, often found in Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List, but you might need to set the Digital Output Format to PCM (in Expert Settings) for best compatibility, especially if your external device isn't a full surround sound system. PCM ensures clear, basic audio; for Dolby/Bitstream, you'd use HDMI ARC/Optical with compatible soundbars for surround sound, not typically Bluetooth.

Good for price

I bought this thinking it was the same soundbar i bought back in november of 2024.The old version was better and had more clarity with balanced bass and treble. This new revision focused on enhancing the Bass while the treble/Clarity is toned down and RGB light lights are improved and work better now. Don't get me wrong it's worth it for $20 on sale or $40 Full price but dont get it for gaming because its not the old 2024 version. Gave this to my kids and they love it since i got it for $20 and bought myself the 36in for $69 that's a 2.1 with built in subwoofer for gaming while connecting the Optical to my Monitor and its a drastic improvement and is extremely loud. Just my opinion but the Choice is up to you

The Old Model Was Better

Good for sound enhancement but limited functionality. If you just need sound enhancement for your TV then this will do it. My TV couldn't find it through Bluetooth. Had to use optical cord. So, TV remote does not operate volume. There is no HDMI connection. Tried using USB to HDMI adapter but that didn't work. Doesn't even Bluetooth to other Onn speakers. There really isn't much point in a soundbar that doesn't do anything but optical. My phone did find it but I don't know why you would need a soundbar for your phone. And it sounded like garbage with my phone. If it hadn't been on sale for $20 on Black Friday I would be talking it back. As is, it will probably get put on a bedroom TV that doesn't need anything more then sound enhancement. Don't waste your time and money on this. Definitely not worth $40.

i hooked this up to my tv with the optical cord it came with, and it didnt work. tried it with an aux cord, didnt work. tried with a different optical cord, didnt work. thought maybe its the tv so switched tv's. used my original optical cord with another tv, and it worked long enough to hear the youtube dings when you open the app and thats it.
