Can be clear and loud, but also tinny and low.

It took a little bit of brain power and a cell phone and my son 😀 to get it to work but once we did, it was easy to use and download all my favorite content 😀 I really like my new smart T.V.

First smart T.V.

Onn TV

Very pleased so far with the tv.  Easy to use and great picture quality.  Instructions are clear and easy to follow.  It’s a great size for an extra tv.  Very affordable and worth the purchase.  I would recommend this tv for a bedroom or kitchen or a smaller room.  It was easy to assemble the stand as well.

ONN Roku TV

I bought this to use in my Motorhome. I already had the same unit in my home. I am very happy with the way it works (ease of use, picture quality). That is why I got the second one. I would highly recomend this tv especially for the price at the time.

ONN 24" tv

Before I had an 24 old vizio TV from 2018. Compared to that its way better I can surf for something to watch without the lag. Just sometimes and certain apps it lags some on onn TV but it's worth the money because of vizio platform you get a lot of free channels etc and it stays on longer than insignia tvs sometimes I pause what I'm watching and it's still there on other tv it would go back to home after a while I appreciate the 2 year warranty too I'll be getting a 50inch onn tv when I move into my one bedroom apartment 2027 one for bedroom and living I appreciate you guys for making budget friendly devices as I got the onn soundbar too and will get another one for living room when I move

It's worth it

First Ruku I have purchased, taking a little time to get use to it, I also have cable and this is in my bedroom. The price was very good and the color is great , I am an older person so I have get use to searching for what i want. Have had a little trouble finding fox news as the one on Roku is different from my cable it does not have the same people reporting I call it Red Fox on Reku and Blue Fox on cable, I tend to watch a lot of news. Also i leave it on all night and it was shutting down but I figured out how to fix that. As i said i am a senior citizen so my grandson connected it for me, i do wish there was a more detailed book on how to use it.

Roku and Me

Both my husband and I find the volume is very low which is strange for him since his hearing is exceptional. I am hearing impaired. I have to have the volumes at almost 80 to be able to hear which is way too loud for him. The tv is in our kitchen so I have an older headset that I actually hooked up to the tv for me to use so he doesn't have to have the volume on high enough for me to use. I was able to hear our previous set with no problems. I do have the close captions turned on but the sound is just extremely too low

I do not like the audio- sound. It sounds very hollow & nasally. 
I'm having issues navigation around to find what I'm looking for. Are there any directions I can print ( I honestly do not like online directions) or can you send me a printed guide book??

Audio

I provided my Date of purchase, my place of purchase, my serial number, my symptoms, and my receipt at the start of my request. It was requested again. So I provided it again thinking that the original form did not forward the information. Then it was requested again. And again. This is evidence of the lack of organization and/or the lack of training. It was extremely frustrating.

Poor service poor quality thankfully this is a older model but after 1 year it is done occasional turning off thought it was just the settings then one day it never came back on.

Seriously? Its 2026 and we are still dealing with backward consumer electronics companies with their proprietary hardware/software requirements?! The crappy Roku media player won't play most video files. Meanwhile VLC will play anything but Roku are teting to be like sony back in the 90's and 2000's with their proprietary hardware and software (even GD cables) im so disappointed that i didn't buy a better brand of TV. ROKU are on the Dead-to-me list. NEVER BUY ROKU
