TV arrived with the box a little roughed up but the TV itself had no visible damage. TV works as designed as far as I can tell at this time, three weeks into use. Time will tell if there was any internal damage that shortens its life or if the TV itself is a dud. So far I am enjoying it immensely. Sharp picture, and the apps I need and am using are also working as expected. So far, very early in, I am happy.

Great improvement over my old tv in the great room.   I purchased the 42 inch for my bedroom three years ago and loved it, so was not hesitant about buying this 65" for my great room.   What a difference!    Definitely a good buy.   Remote is easy to use.

Initial setup was a pain. The TV froze and I miraculously got it into some safe mode boot menu that allowed me to restart it. I finally got it connected to WiFi and after a system update it has been running fine. Other than that, pictures quality is mediocre. It especially struggles with panning shots and fast motion. It simply cannot process the images fast enough. Overall it's fine for a secondary TV but I do not recommend it for a primary tv.

I provided my Date of purchase, my place of purchase, my serial number, my symptoms, and my receipt at the start of my request. It was requested again. So I provided it again thinking that the original form did not forward the information. Then it was requested again. And again. This is evidence of the lack of organization and/or the lack of training. It was extremely frustrating.

Terrible TV!!! These outdated bezels, and the sound feels like it's coming from a basement! The TV is from 2021, by the way! And it's almost 2026 now! Yet the price is competing with a 2025 Hisense — and that’s with a discount!!! I want a refund!

Regret Trying This

Just purchased tv received by in store pick up tv has a defective line on the screen. Defective line appeared at the bottom of screen tried troubleshooting but nothing worked. Seems I was sold and given a defective television from the Dearborn, MI store location.
