So far these have been great speakers (i got 2) Bumping music pool side for my nephews bday for hours (on power). Random friend gatherings on the weekend (on battery). Just having it charged in the truck i keep finding reasons to pull it it and add music to any occasion. 

Sound quality at 10-80% volume is perfect. above that depending on the song you can get a little distortion.  Battery life is amazing, I played music for a party for 6 hours and still has over 50% left.

If does play louder and have more bass when its plugged in FYI. For the price, you cant beat this speaker! looking forward to taking it to the beach, tailgating or wherever. 

Willison Audio Labs on YouTube did a FANTASTIC write up about these and it was the main reason i got them. I wasn't even looking for a portable speaker but I'm glad i got them. 

You can only pair 2 GEN2 speakers together L and R. 
GEN 3 can do multiple. FYI

I haven't had a chance to test the battery life so that category didn't get five stars, but eventually I'm sure it will probably pan out the same way others have reviewed it. I am surprised that the bass was as rich and resonant as I had hoped, not merely a thudding subwoofer sound as I feared it might be. I'm just afraid that it might disturb the neighbors because it's so loud and powerful. Eventually I'd like to add a second one and make it stereo for the back yard.

Got this for my 20 yr old son for Christmas. He loves it. He brings it to baseball practice/games and it’s loud enough for the entire baseball field of guys to hear at every position. Easily rolls around and fits in the trunk of his Camaro. He also just mentioned to us yesterday that it can also be used as an amp for his guitar.

there's absolutely nothing that I just like about this speaker It is just like a party box if you know what that is but this isn't onnnthe onnversion of party. absolutely amazing My neighbors have built the cops immediately three times and it's been on a little lowest level so that says a lot and you can if you have more than one you can sync them and play music through them both or four of them box

I love how loud they are, how well put together and visibly stunning they are for such a cheap price. They have two modes for the base which is regular and outdoors and the outdoors one booms my entire house. I have two and I bought a two stands for them and have them placed in my house and I can use them for it DJ work or events If I ever need to. The only issue I've ran into was trying to attach a microphone to it I have two speakers and only one microphone will connect to one speaker it won't connect one microphone to two speakers

best for your buck and what Bass!

this is definitely the best audio purchase I've ever made. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on systems and I bought two of these hooked them up to my phone and drive down the road in my 57 Ford Fairlane. no muss, no fuss and no altering the original interior or cutting holes for wires and no drain on the system

I purchased two of these speakers as a joke.  I didn't expect these speakers to perform as they did.  I will keep them and use them for outside.  I would also recommend them for any use.  The build quality is far better than I would have expected at this price.  They are fun, and sound pretty good at this price level.  You can buy two of these for less than one comparable JBL speaker.  Don't sleep on these.

Honestly I don't think highly of this brand at all. I feel like you get what you pay for when it comes to Onn. I once bought a soundbar for a family member and needless to say the internal speakers on the tv were better. So I knew buying this thing was a swing in the dark. But I bought it with the sole purpose to use it at the drive in movies. Seen a deal on it and was what the heck. Well after trying this thing out at home I can honestly say I'm surprised. I wasn't expecting much and to say it surpassed my expectations is an understatement. This thing sounds good for the price. I mean I'm no expert on audio but the quality and loudness is there for me. Actually used it for a get together and didn't even crank it up all the way. The lights on it are a plus and it's nice it has built in FM radio for the movies. And the lights do turn off if you don't want them so that's a plus too. Overall for the price you can't go wrong on this thing. I can say this is the one Onn product that seems to be more than decent in my opinion.

Took a chance and was more than happy with it

I bought two of these to use at my son’s knee hi games with Ballpark DJ for walkup songs. The sound quality is decent. Not as loud as I’d hoped (away team brought an expensive, smaller speaker that blew the sound from this one away, much to our chagrin). Great for small gatherings and my kids like it to use outdoors for music. A couple of things to be aware of:

- there is no dedicated “out” port, so the only way to pair is with the built in function. 
- the mic and guitar ports are analog inputs. That means that, even if the speakers are paired, the sound will only come from the one into which it is plugged. There is no way to get a mic or other plugged-in item to come out of both speakers simultaneously 
- the rubber bumpers come off easily
- they do take a licking and keep on ticking. 
- the volume is finicky. Not sure if it’s the unit or my Bluetooth connection, but once in a while the volume would go down to zero and I had a hard time getting it back to 30 (max)

All in all, a good value for the money with some limitations.

not suitable if you are going to use it for the FM radio. taking an FM antenna through the auxiliary doesn't even help it and as for Bluetooth the reception sucks. I've connected it to three different things and I'm only 10 ft away and it's still cuts in and out. the base doesn't sound very good at all sounds like it's too boxy and not great enough. . it's good for the price and if you just want to hear music outside and you don't care for the sound quality

Everything seems great other than it can't charge. I charged it when I first got it and went to try and charge it a few weeks later for the second time... doesn't work. I bought 2 of these and the 2nd one is charging just fine. Must have gotten a dud.

Great but having charging issues.
