As a dental hygienist I was very disappointed to find out through our Oral B rep that you are no longer making Ultra Floss. I recommend this product to all patients. It's great to get between tight contacts and patients can feel the texture of the floss that helps to scrape the plaque off their teeth as opposed to the Satin floss which seems to glide over the plaque in some cases. If you are just rebranding, please do so quickly so I can tell my patients about it!!

I have used this floss ever since my dentist gave me a sample, which was so many years ago that I can't remember how long! I think it allows me to clean between my teeth better than any other floss. I can't stand waxed floss and that plastic ribbon floss doesn't seem to get all the plaque out. My only problem is that now I can't find it anywhere!! Grocery stores, "box" stores, nor drugstores carry it anymore in my area. I am distraught!

Only floss I use.

This floss gets in between tight teeth and really scrapes off the plaque. Most flosses just glide through and don't truly remove plaque from you teeth. The texture of this one gets the job done. AND It never gets caught between teeth. Love it!

I am also a loyal user of ultra floss but it seems to have disappeared in all the local stores. I ended up on this site to see if it could have been discontinued. What's happened?

Where did it go?

I floss everyday, and have tried a range of different types of floss. This is my favourite! The thread is soft, it doesn't feel like it's cutting into my gum everytime I floss. And it's not all minted. On floss where the entire strip is flavoured, it tends to get on my hands. This one's great, I always keep an extra one around!

I love, love, love this product. It doesn't cut my gum when I have to pull it between my teeth, which are very close together. It doesn't hurt my fingers and I don't have to angle it a certain way like the flat plastic floss in order to use it. My only complaint is I wish OralB provided an "end" string, so I would know when I'm about to run out.

Best dental floss I've ever used

Why aren't refill rolls available?! The giant plastic container is so wasteful, and a refill roll could so easily be inserted. Why must a stupid big plastic thingy be purchased each time I need more floss?

Love the product, but not the packaging

This floss isn't working for me. It's very weak and abrades easily; even with careful flossing it gets stuck between teeth and breaks. Pieces of the floss then get lodged between teeth and are difficult to remove. Several times I've had use a stronger, competitor's product to remove the pieces. I've tried it a half dozen times and each time it's a frustrating experience. I will not use it anymore and I can't recommend this product.

While I use/like most Oral-B products, this was the worst floss I have ever purchased. It was so limp, fell apart as I drew it out for use, shredded as I used it, broke apart. Perhaps it was just this particular individual part...but it was such a disappointment.

I've used Oral-B products for years and as I saw this product I thought it would be another good product of these company but unfortunately not only it does'nt fullfill it's duty it tears apart so easily and that's when your problems start , a thick floss between your teeth which you can not remove it
