Product prone to breaking, lacks durability.

I really like this immersion blender. I have one that I have had for years and just bought another for the cottage. It works really well for blending soups, sauces and other such things and the measuring container is really handy. I can highly recommend this blender.

Oster Hand Blender

My daughter wanted this for her birthday as her old one broke. We've had our Cuisinart Hand Blender for over 20 years and it's still working well. She's very happy with out this one works and is busy making homemade soups.

Works Super!

I absolutely love this hand held blender! It's quick and efficient and cleanup is a breeze! I usually make shakes for my son and pulling out the big blender is a pain so I bought this one! Throw in who strawberries bananas icecream and Milk and this beauty just powers right thru in record time! The cup it comes with is plenty big for making whatever you need! 

Great blender

This little blender was actually quite powerful and worked great. I use it most often for making soups. I purchased it in store from Walmart in September 2014, however after only a few months of using it I have had to replace it and opt for one that is metal, as the plastic is not durable and has began to crack around where the blade is. It's really unfortunate as it is a handy little blender. Might be okay if you're not using it a lot or in really hot substances (eg. soups), but for my purposes it unfortunately did not last long. It still blends just as well now, however the cracked area is expanding with each use.

Blends great but not durable

A few months ago I bought the Oster Hand Blender. Now, after using it with cooking, the blender starts to melt, crack and break. Not durable to use it for hot soups or whatever hot meal you're preparing. Overall a poor item that would not recommend to other people.

Using it just for smoothies? Then it's perfect! ;)

Hi, I bought this product a year ago from Canadian tire, for the first month used we have smelled a bad odor comes from the cup, so I went back to the store and I  exchanged it.
Form this date we rarely used, now I have found that the plastic blade head  has warped and we cant use it any more.
My question is it covered by warranty or throw it at the garbage? Thanks

I actually came on here to buy another attachment because mine melted and cracked. But I noticed all these people complain about the same thing. Unfortunately I won't be buying again. Unless costumer service will replace my attachment at no cost please don't respond to waste my time on a phone call.

I bought this this blender 23 Oct 2016 and I got it out of the box last night to use. I washed it and when I turned it on I noticed that my eggs had black pieces in it. Not small either. I cleaned it up and put it back in the box. Now Im looking at how to get my money refunded.
