Set up and take down very easy. all parts fit snuggly with tabs for safe removal and storage. If you make egg rolls, chow mein, or fried rice regularly, this is definitely a value-added kitchen accessory.

I've been using the OXO Gg V-Blade Mandoline and it's been fantastic! The V-shaped blade makes slicing vegetables quick and easy, and the adjustable settings ensure I always get the perfect slice. Anything Oxo is usually A . This thing has too many release and adjusting buttons. Its sharp and compact when u figure out how to fold it up

After the viral Logan cucumber recipes, I got hooked on them and decided I needed a mandolin for quick and consistent cucumber slices cause I couldn't get them thin enough. This is super easy to use, to clean, and does a wide range of cuts and thickness. I love it!

Blade is sharp enough , design flaw does not allow for blade to fully be lower than base in locked position, dangerous as corners of blade are exposed . Will return

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mandoline works very well. The plastic is heavy duty and won't crack as it is used. The way the blades are interchanged is simple and easily done. It cuts and slices and juliennes well. The way the blades fit along the flat cutting ramp is a bit uneven and causes the food to bump into it. The cleaning is difficult because all the blades must be cleaned by hand while the mandoline itself is dishwasher safe, so you would have to remove all the blades and attachments even if they hadn't been used in order to wash it. It is a good mandoline and the blades are sharp and functional. The design flaws (storage of blades inside the mandoline itself) and the ramp not being smooth are small hiccups that I would prefer not to deal with, but for occasional household use, it works fine. If you were to need to use this everyday, I would find another product.
