This is my second time buying one of these because I love them so much!! My first one lasted a few years and then one day just stopped working but we used it about 10 times a day as a busy family so we definitely got our moneys worth! The trays aren't my favorite because they're hard to clean but I know it's important for them to be designed that way for air flow! I just put down parchment paper to have an easier clean up! I will continue to buy this brand airfryer as long as they make them!

I love how quiet you can make it, there's options to mute the beeping for the buttons, the beep it makes when it's done cooking is so polite and soft yet loud enough to be alerting. 
     I got lucky getting this on sale when I did, that said i havent needed to do a deep clean with it yet however I doubt it's going to be a difficult clean given the amount of space it gives. 
    Aside from the non food parts of this review the food can be Crispy or slightly softer depending on how you want to cook them (at least that we've noticed with fries) the bottom rack tends to cook them softer while putting it higher makes them super crispy, and reheating foods make them taste just the same as they did when they were made for the most part.

Quiet and Easy to use

I was skeptical when my husband suggested this model due to thinking it would work like other oven looking models. Pleasantly surprised! Much more convenient than my basket one, crisps up even better somehow. Has a much larger capacity due to the baskets and it's just switch the shelves instead of trying to reach in and flip.  No more minor burns on my arm. The door is neat it opens like an oven but clicks closed. Like that you can see in. Stylish, matches my other stainless and black appliances as well.

I purchased this as a replacement/upgrade for my husband's Ninja with the dual baskets. I have a single flat tray air fryer at one house and he got the Ninja ironically for me but I didn't like those baskets so he kept it at the other house. He would use the flat tray style and began to also not like the Ninja so it ultimately just sits on the counter unused. 

I started to read the many, many reviews the Gourmia has and felt he would probably like this much better. He loves it and has used it everyday since. It's very user friendly and has functions mine doesn't like bacon. First time he tried making bacon and he loves it. This has made him want to try making so many more items like even reheating pizza idk how you would reheat a slice in those deep baskets on the Ninja. I'm very happy with this purchase and I'm happier that he loves it.

Great product

Best convection oven I've owned over my life (68 yo) and I've had had a few.  The power is better than I expected as food is throughly cooked and cooking times are greatly reduced.  The controls (which are many) are intuitive and the unit has alarms for when pre-heating is complete, telling you when to turn food and warn when food is almost ready to remove.  The features are many and useful.

Best oven ever!

This is a nice air fryer with lots of features.  I say it does everything but clean the dishes.  However, when I got it out of the box, the instructions said it needed 4" clearance to safely operate.  Because of this fire risk, I had to return it, because my kitchen was so small it would be within 4" of the hanging cupboards.  So if you have a big kitchen, I would recommend it, otherwise, no.

To big for my tiny kitchen

I like the different settings and how I can change temperature and time for each item. I haven't used the dehydrator yet, but plan to soon. 
I would like it to have a deeper bottom pan so that there is a better way to catch the grease and crumbs, but am using foil pans for cooking. 
It would be nice to have parchment paper that fit the racks also.

I absolutely love this air fryer. It's perfect for me and my family. Love the way it cooks everything so perfectly. However they don't last long. My first one lasted only 6 months but I loved it enough to get another one. The new one made a loud clanking sounds right out of the box. So now I don't know what air fryer to purchase.

When you go to open the door. The whole air fryer wants to come forward to you !! So You have to hold on the air fryer, which is hot so it doesn't fall forward to you!!  And my wall which is a foot away from the air fryer is hot!!
