[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're on a pizza making journey, this pizza steel will definitely fit the bill!  After becoming exhausted of complaining about  my neighborhood franchise pizza restaurants I decided to up my home pizza making skills.  After doing my research, I found the pizza steel was the most economical way to achieve takeout pizza at home.  Read a lot of reviews, finally settling on this one because of the price and dimensions.  I'm pleased with my purchase!

this thing is a beast. it is nice and heavy. it takes up the entire flat area of the oven grate. im going to leave it there, too heavy to move around. 
made the best pizza ever. i have a stone. no comparison.  took 5 minutes then another3 or so. nice crisp crust nice browning. Definitely recommend if you want to make the best pizza you can possibly make in your oven

best pizza I ever made

Forget pizza stones.  A pizza steel, about 1 cm thick, replaces pizza stones and brings your pizza to the next level.  The steel holds twice the heat of stone, and transfers the heat much faster to the pizza.  No more soggy and undercooked crusts!  The bottom of the pizza looks like it came from a professional oven.  Also, more clean than a stone.

Just as described, edges were a little sharp so I ground a bevel on them so it would be safer and more comfortable to pick up. It's very heavy  (30 lbs) so you don't want to bump it into something by accident. But it was delivered very fast and works great.
