I have a deteriorating spinal disease and I needed a firm mattress, a new mattress wasn't in my budget. This topper lives up to all the description says. My back pain is still there but I'm finally able to sleep for 3hrs without feeling the pain. Definitely recommend.

Good value for a well made cover. Our mattress had obviously dips in the area of our hips. We  put it on our bed  with Medium firm side up. At first I thought it was too firm, but I slept really well that night and my hip  pain disappeared!  Would still like it a little softer but I'm sure it will be after a few months.

Good value for well made topper

This helped my hip pain 100% !! My mattress was too hard %26 all my pressure points were killing me!  Just 2 hours later %26 my hip feels so much Better on the soft side of the Topper!  If u have back issues like mine id suggest this topper to anyone! I have a broken back w/ Stenosis %26 Scoloiosis!  Im also degenerating at my S1 vertebre! I hope this reveiw helps other people as myself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The existing mattress was alright for 20 years ago, when you get older you need some more softness, and this one was perfect.  If you want to sleep like a baby this is the one to get.  If you sleep on back or side, it is excellent for either option.  Definitely recommend.

A top notch product for very reasonable.

But hubby loved it he said no back pain when he woke up .but for the wife she thought it was to firm.  it's just not as plush as for what I like . I deal with pain and need a soft spot. Cooling yes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed an extra firm mattress topper because our foam mattress is too soft.  this almost worked, but we needed it to be slightly more firm. I would say this is a firm mattress topper, but not extra firm.

I'm honestly disappointed because it's mostly just foam and then has about an inch of the gel memory foam on top of it. So 3 inches of it is just foam. Not memory foam. Don't get me wrong, it's somewhat comfortable BUT I just ordered a 2 inch gel memory foam to go on top of it so it's obviously not doing what I want it to do. It's definitely an upgrade but if you are looking for that sink in mind to you feeling, this is not the one for you…

Somewhat comfortable but disappointing….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very comfortable topper that fits well but has one important caveat: your bedding will slide around! 

I've tried this with two different mattresses and two different sets of bedding. Same result on both. No matter what's on it — mattress topper, sheet — everything ends up bunching up. The finish is very slick and not ideal for bedding. So be prepared to make an additional investment in a cover for this.

Good but with one significant drawback

I'm older and I just got this mattress topper it's comfortable for sure however I would not recommend it for anyone. The reason is that I slide off of it which is not good for someone like me older and an easy fall person
 I'm not sure how to fix that problem. 
I thought about flipping it over to the other side that is non slide. But if I do what if the whole topper slides off the bed while I'm sleeping? 

For that reason I love it but hate the sliding I'm afraid of falling

Garbage.  Just garbage.  Opened up the item to let it unfold and expand.  Found out there were small rips and pulls in the material. Additionally, the zipper doesn't work so you can't remove the cover to wash it or flip the memory foam filling if needed.   Given its condition I wonder if they just repackaged a returned defective item or possibly slightly used one.   Now comes the fun of figuring out a good way to roll it up so we can return it.    Very disappointed.
