Having filters available at hand is very convenient. Having a clean filter is necessary for your vacuum to work efficiently. Having a spare means no waiting for the other one to get dry. I love my Tineco vacuum cleaner.

I bought my Tinneco A10 a year ago and absolutely love it, it's perfect for full time rving with a  dog and mud from my four wheelers coming in and out.  I recently purchased the replacement filter kit, and it works like brand new.   The only thing I would reccomend is to put little paper with the kits to tell everyone about the little screw with the hepa filter.

We purchased our Tineco in 2019 and for the most part are satisfied with the longevity of the vacuum. Cleaning and replacing the filters does help with the power and suction of the vacuum. The only thing we are dissatisfied with is the batteries are not lasting as long as we had hoped. Within 6 months of the purchase our batteries are on red within a short amount of time.

These are very good filters and the shipping time was quick. My only complaint is the cost. Even with this bundle of three filters the price seems pretty high for what it cost to manufacture these. Perhaps there are some third-party compatible filters that would be less expensive.

Fast service, quality filters, but expensive

The kit had all the components as shown, but the box is clearly labeled "Tineco Replacement Filter ... for A10/A11 Hero/Master". The vacuum we have is a Tineco Pure One S11 Tango. The HEPA filter in it looks nothing like the HEPA in the kit. Our machine has a HEPA with a perforated metal shield over the filter element and looks better made. I don't know if the replacement in the kit is the right one. Otherwise, a good little, easy to use vacuum. Please explain.

Perplexed

I think I also needed another part but didn't realize it.
We think the filter was thrown out accidently when emptying it. Is there a bottom plastic piece that covers the bottom after putting in the filter? If so can tell me that replacement part number?

missing replacement part

There were no instructions on how to remove existing HEPA filter with the package or even on the web site. Secret? Inside the filter is a tiny recessed hole containing a tiny screw. I found this out only after emailing the question. Secret 2? How do you get the screw back inside the new filter? Another email and the apparent answer, a magnetic screwdriver or a screwdriver with a gripping tip. The video has no sound but figured it out. Gosh, how to make life harder than necessary.

Replacing HEPA filter.

Time for new filters so I ordered this replacement pack.  I don't know if it's the vacuum or the filters but now I can't even vacuum a small room before  it shuts off for a dirty filter.

Disappointed.

I purchased this not so inexpensive vacuum and now I am forced to buy a redesigned dust collector and in addition to that issue, I was charged and sent new replacement filters that no longer work because of redesign!!

Not happy!
