The customer service is so good that I have literally never experienced it in today's world. They replaced our beloved Ooni pizza oven after an issue that was 100% my own fault (had nothing to do with their product and I was literally not expecting them to do anything about it). I was able to get the oven up to 900°. I just need a break in the weather, I'm not keen on making pizza outside in single digit cold.

The oven is ok, we can make good pizza and it's easy to install/use. However, the pizza stone wasn't in the box and Walmart couldn't help us with it. We couldn't reach the company either so we had to purshase one from Amazon.
