Can be smooth, but also turns out grainy.

It's so difficult finding things that are gluten free, affordable and that taste good. I was able to explore baking again with this product. It was awesome!

Biscuit mix for gf

This makes the best gluten free pancakes ever. You can't tell the difference, and super easy to make.

Doesn't taste gluten free!

I add some of this to my gluten free flour. I get really good results in my gluten free baking by using this.

Good for baking

The flavour is nothing like a traditional bisquick. The texture is gritty and unpleasant.

Unpleasant

As with a lot of gluten-free stuff, it's hit or miss. My husband made these for me Christmas morning, he said the batter was hard to work with and the pancakes were difficult to flip and did not want to stay together. We've used a store brand pancake mix from a major Canadian grocery chain that was almost indistinguishable from regular pancakes, so we were disappointed with this brand.

Just ok

I've been enjoying this product for years.  This time however it was like a totally different product.  The cooking process was ruined by the batter expanding 2 and 3 times what it previously had, which resulted in a mess.  Once cooked, the waffles were tasteless, gritty, and spongy.  It reminded me of what most people expect GF products to be.  Not happy with this experience.
