As long as you allow it to cool before attempting to clean it, and allow it to heat properly before you begin cooking, I think you will be satisfied with this pan. The size, however, is perfect for the space where I use it. I don't need to cook for a crowd most of the time, I would recommend this quality, well made product to anyone.

I love the deep depth which is perfect for making fried chicken.  You can make everything in the skillet including hamburgers, stir fry vegetables and even ready to go frozen meals.  The skillet is so easy to clean with its ceramic non stick coating.  I plan on purchasing another one for our camper because it is perfect for cooking outside and is easy to store.

The first time use the glass lid and rim separated and didn't fit right. The non stick surface had a few chips in it. There's gold paint on outside of skillet. One handle had cuts in it the steam hole didn't work. The knob wouldn't tighten.
