I wouldn't recommend this toy for a 9 year old Lego beginner since it could be overwhelming-I bought this for a birthday gift and it was too overwhelming for this age-Playing with all the time and building small kits is not the same as a 3-D model-I am going to return for a different toy-

box came in tore up like an animal escaped. it was also a gift so it looked awful unwrapping and i didnt even know if it was all there. the set itself was expensive and very small. i bought it on sale and even then i feel ripped off.

not worth the money/ box damage

This is a scam, the Disney Lego came in is not the official product. The name spell as "Disnay" instead of "Disney", the Red "LEGO" logo is a sticker put on the box. I would put a negative star if I can as this is really trying to fool around the customer.
