Easy to use with straightforward cleaning process.

Perfect.compact, warms up very well, very well done I would not do without it anymore...

It's perfect.

I am very disappointed with this product. I takes a long time to heat up, which is somewhat expected but it does not heat evenly. The interchangable plates are thin and easily scratch the non-stick coating off. You are supposed to be able to stand it on its side. When I did that, after walking into the next room, it fell over. When I checked it out, a piece had broken off the top cover that helps it to stand level when using the griddle. I plan on trying to get my money back but doubt that will be possible since there is not a money-back guarantee.

Not what I expected

The grilled cheese and waffle maker worked good but the grill and griddle don't. The grease doesn't drain from the burgers. I would buy a separate grill that drains the grease.

Worked well. Aluminum plates are easy to remove. Black casing is stylish. Heats up reasonably well.

Good

I was very disappointed after buying this product. Although I love the idea of the interchangeable plates, the mechanism that holds them in isn't very good at all. Occasionally a plate will pop out without using the button at all. The machine heats poorly in that only the half of an item gets browned. Closest to the handle seems to be the hottest part - by the hinge it doesn't seem to cook at all.

The item was also poorly made. The second day I had this item it tipped over and a piece broke off of it. This from a height of less than 5 inches.

All in all, I'll use it until I find something better, but I will make sure never to buy this brand again!

Poor Craftsmanship

This is more like a toy it was so tiny not like the picture at all. I can't even fit one sandwich roll on it. How is that going to help my business.  Returning as soon as possible 
Very disappointed

Disappointed

Brand new, grilling surface too small and after 4 GENTLE washes of the pop out grill plates, the Teflon is flaking off leaving bare metal. As I am a home bound, disabled senior with no one who can return it for me, I can't return what I can no longer use. Not worth what I spent

Total Chef 4 in 1 epic fail

Well, so much for 4-in-one. I was looking forward to this product's capabilities. Unfortunately, the one feature I really wanted (waffle making) does not work. After prepping the plates, making the batter and getting worked up to eat homemade waffles - I ended up throwing out everything that I attempted to cook. This product is so under par!
I was so disappointed I didn't even try the grilling plate - I didn't want to waste anymore food. It went back the next day. A waste of time.

Smells like electrical wires burning. Stopped working after third waffle
