I put it together by myself. Very easy to follow instructions. It's really comfortable and looks great. I bought it for the office but put it in my sewing room instead. 😁

Assembly was a breeze and instructions easy to follow. Didn't need any help or other tools than what was supplied. The only reason I lowered the stars was because the photo looks like it has more padding than it does. There is no "puffy" feel to the outer sides or lower lumbar, which is necessary for lower back injuries. The seat feels hard and too short for my legs. We shall see in time if this will work for long-term sitting, I may have to prop my feet up so I don't feel like I am going to slide under my desk.

Great product for the cost was between 3-4 stars because mine has a one armrest that seems to be molded incorrectly and when attached angled in towards the chair.

Wheels I changed out for roller blades from Amazon, makes a world of difference for an extra $20.

I ordered because I loved the color, it matched perfectly in our office.
The assembly was a bit hard to understand at first.
We’ve had for 4 months and it works as described. The chair is comfortable even while sitting in hours at a time!

SO I think they likely changed the description based on some of the other reviews for the chair. Considering it is listed for folks up to 300 or 400 lbs depending on the description or images the seat is a regular size and about 2 inches less-wide than a previous "big %26 tall" chair I had. Also it is a leather like not leather. It is comfortable enough but if you are wider you will skin the edges of the chair or always have to have the arms up to fit on the seat.

Not quite right

nothing great about this chair.  it is average in quality, comfort and looks.  description says that it reclines, it does not.  it is impossible since the arms, back and seat are all solidly connected.  it might tilt but I haven't figured out how to get it to do that.

Finally put it together today. I am only giving it two stars,because its an office chair. The support it speaks of  is a negative. DEFINITELY not big and tall. The seat is not soft. Best for those who are petite and light. Glad I didn't get rid of my old chair.

Definitely not for a larger person,  not  a high back.  I'm 5' 6" back barely came to my shoulders,  would probably work well for a teen or smaller adult.

discounting a metal bar stool or a 5 gallon bucket, this chair is easily the worst chair I have ever used. no back support, the latch that unlocks the back rest to swing out constantly comes unlocked. I have been sitting in it, the latch comes out, I swing back at mach-fast and smash my foot on a the corner of my desk at least 4 times. don't get this junk.

After a few months the base of the chair began to deteriorate.  The wheels would not stay attached if any movement happened.  We contacted the seller but could not get any replacement parts. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR.
