Lovvve This Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband needed a new chair for his office and I found this and it matched everything white and I thought it was perfect. So my first impression; it was really heavy. As I was taking it out of the box everything was metal and. Felt really sturdy. The color was beautiful. The fabric on the seat seemed thick. As for assembly, it was kind of hard for me, but it may be because I'm a woman, and I wasn't sure exactly what I was doing and got confused by the directions but if you know what you're doing it shouldn't be as hard and everything fits together really easily. Even though I didn't know how to read the directions fully I was able to piece it together really fast. Overall, I am extremely happy with the product and my husband has no complaints either. It's a really good chair.

Perfect Gaming Chair!

Exactly What We Wanted

The zoned back support really helps keep your posture in place, and the lumbar support feels noticeable without being too hard.The mesh back is breathable, so you don't get too hot, which is great for everyday use. The adjustable headrest and armrests also make it easy to customize the chair to your height and comfort.
 The seat cushion could feel a bit firm after long periods. Assembly might take some time and the fact that it is white may show dirt faster. It's also not the most premium-looking chair, but it does the job well.

A comfortable chair for long hours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm happy with this chair, but getting there wasn't quite as straightforward as it should have been. It would have been a 5 star item if not for the quality control issue.

During assembly, I discovered that the armrests had been pre-assembled incorrectly at the factory. This created an unexpected issue: the parts didn't align properly when following the instructions, and it wasn't something that could be resolved without either disassembling the arms or requesting a replacement. At that point, I had to decide whether to go through the return/exchange process or try to fix it myself.

Since I'm fairly handy, I chose to take the arms apart and reassemble them correctly. While I was able to resolve the issue, it added about 45 extra minutes to the process. In total, assembly took me about 2 hours working alone.

That said, once everything was properly assembled, the chair turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for. It's comfortable, supportive, and feels sturdy in daily use.

In summary: great chair once it's put together correctly, but quality control on the pre-assembled components could definitely be improved. If you're not comfortable troubleshooting assembly issues, this could be frustrating, but if you're willing to put in a little extra effort, the end result is worth it.

Good chair but assembly was a pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took 4 hours to assemble. Due to unlabeled screws and parts, the instructions were terrible. the chair is nice, very confortable, going to be great for posture and the lumbar support is amazing for sciatic pain.

Better than average

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of parts, but great directions. A non working mechanism that doesnt lock or allow back to adjust, misplaced notch (pic) for right side arm rest that has to be removed to place right side arm rest so it aligns properly.
