This is my first Garmin watch, switching over after nearly a decade as a Fitbit user. I was nervous that it would take me a while to figure out all the new systems, but everything has been so smooth and easy. Setup only took a few minutes, and then it worked great right off the bat. It's been a few weeks now and I tell everyone how much I love it!

Only “bad” thing was that it was a bit more expensive in here than on their oficial website, but the convenience of having it already at the store and being able to use the pickup option made that not matter that much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this for my wife and she loves it so that alone is worth 5 stars in my book. this is actually a replacement for her previous Garmin she's had for a few years that had started to have issues from wear and tear. it's her 3rd Garmin and she had 2 Fitbit before that. she (we) spent months reviewing and comparing models and she went back and forth with sticking with Garmin despite the high cost compared to many cheaper alternatives available now and she was ready to order the Garmin Lily 2 because it's more jewelry than fitness watch but she couldn't get past the cost to feature ratio especially half the battery life on the Lily compared to her that current Garmin.  short battery life was the deal breaker on most alternatives because she didn't want to have to worry about charging her watch daily after charging weekly. she settled on this one as the best balance of features including long battery life and she's been smitten with it so that's a win in my book. yeah there's more expensive models with more features and cheaper brands with awful battery life but this one fits her well in that regard even if the band is slightly large vs the smaller one she had before better suited for her petite wrist. not too big though just bigger.

I bought this to use for managing chronic illnesses. I read a lot from other people about the Body Battery function. Overall I do like it. I'm not usually the type to use a lot of new tech or even wear a watch. I will say, it does work pretty well. There are loads of features you can use for daily activity, but I'm not at that place right now. It basically just calculates your pulse rate and oxygen levels, then uses that to determine your sleep score, body battery, and stress levels. I'm not sure what else I expected. My condition causes high heart rate and my watch pretty much tells me I have danger levels of fatigue most of the time. I thought it would adjust to my baseline and tell me what is high and low "for me", but it seems to be heavily centered around the average recommended sleep time and heart rate for adults.

There are tons of functions in this watch and I really don't need 90% of them. You can upload calendars, menstrual data, music, and alarms. Stopwatch, timer, all that. The watch band is easy to clean, though, and it's super light. Battery lasts at least six days. It comes like 80% charged. The battery charges 100% in less than an hour.

It definitely is a quality product. Again, I'm just a bit salty about it not adjusting to my personal baseline. I'm still hoping it will eventually, but it's been a few months so I don't think it will.

Fantastic Product, Almost Too Fancy For Me

I got the watch on June 9th, opened at home to find everything I needed, except the charger. I checked the watch's packaging to see if it should include it charger, and it resulted there was supposed to be one. So now I have to go all the way back to the Walmart I picked up my watch at and get a replacement for the one I originally got.

Good Watch, didn't come with the charger though

I feel like the internet hyped garmin up to much. It's not even close to Apple Watch in terms of quality. The software is slow and out of date. For the price it's been a huge disappointment. I don't even think the step counter is counting my steps correctly. Do yourself a favor and stick with an Apple Watch.
