Cooling fan

I bought it for 1 room, so i did not use the wheels.  
I didn't expect it to be so tall!  I can't see the controls on the top.  I am going to move it to a shorter shelf. Also The ice packs are a bit small.  It isn't as cool as a BTU air conditioner, but it is adequate.  All BTU's require exhaust out a window.  Not possible where I live.
I researched 15 Air coolers.  This one had the most features I liked.  I didn't buy right away.  Thought about it long and hard!   In researching. I found out they work best in dry hot climates like the Southwest.  They don't work well in highly humid areas.  I live in Iowa, so we do experience a fair amount of humidity.  I bought a portable dehumidifier which helps to keep the air dry. This makes the Air cooler work faster.  One thing I don't like is that the instructions do not say how long each 24hrs it needs to be turned off?

would recommend  at a lower price. The quality is good enough, depending on your area, you might need 2 of them to do the job
