My pillow has never stayed the way I  wanted it so I decided to try this one for people who sleep on their back or side.  There are two options in the middle for back sleepers and each end is raised for side sleepers. It's firm so it doesn't flatten out.  I LOVE it.

Love it! I had a pillow like this years ago, and am so glad to have found another. It's very firm, so may take you a few nights to adjust. I like how it cradles the neck so your head lays straight when you're on your back, and when I sleep on my side there's plenty of firm support. Very happy!

Happy Pillow Person!

This is the third D-Core I've purchased over the past 15 years. I don't wake up with a stiff neck or bones crunching. The first time I tried it I thought "I'm never going to be able to sleep on this". The next thing I knew it was morning and it was the best I felt in ages. Now I wouldn't be without it.

Perfect support for the neck

I'm so grateful I found this special pillow. I just had surgery fusing 3 cervical discs 3 wks ago. I was afraid I was going to hurt myself with a regular pillow.  This pillow feels amazing on my neck!! it's comfortable and is  helping me deal with my neck pressure issue.!! love it

Love it!!!

My Dr. has suggested I have Cervical Radiculopathy. My pain was in upper back and was extending towards my left shoulder. I also had stiffness in my left upper back and left side of the neck. I was also suffering from lower back pain so I was using a lot of pillows here and there and was working on my sleep posture as well.
I was not very optimistic when I've ordered this and it arrived in a beautiful box. It is a high quality item not at all cheap.
When I started using it, I hated it as I felt the pain increased and it was difficult to sleep with it. As per the instructions I've received with the pillow I kept using it till it broke in within a week and since then I am using this pillow for every single day. 
It helps a lot with my upper back pain and infect I wake up with no pain and during the day due to my other muscular issue the pain does come back but that's another story.  (this pillow didn't help with my lower back pain off-course for which I use a pillow under my knees and it helps)
I use to wake up with pain but now I wake up pain free and I sleep comfortably rest of the night. I do not wake up with pain or stiffness like I used to. 
I am so glad I have ordered it instead of ordering one from Amazon which was in my wish list.

its perfect - like a queen sized pillow. I am a female 5.5 inch height and normal build. It suits me perfectly.

After 2 months I am still in love with this pillow

This pillow has help my head and neck pain completely! I absolutely love it and will never use another pillow again.

I purchased this pillow for my husband who had Cervical surgery, fusing C3-C7. As soon as I had a pillow case on it he tried it out. He immediately fell asleep and slept comfortably for the next 3 hours.

I have no curvature in my neck so I often wake up with a stiff neck and headache if I don't use a good pillow. I recently strained my neck and was miserable and knew my regular pillow wasn't helping. I ordered this and felt noticeably better the very first day after using it. I was concerned about the quality because good cervical pillows I've had in the past are much more expensive, but this one is pretty good. If it wears out a little faster replacing it at this price point isn't an issue
