The Tri-Core Ultimate is an Extra Firm Cervical Support Pillow that combines the best features of our firm Tri-Core Fiber Cervical Support Pillow and ultra-resilient Therapeutica Foam Cervical Pillow to create the ultimate pillow for support and comfort! This non-allergenic foam pillow provides proper alignment of the neck and supports the head while sleeping to help alleviate headaches and neck pain. This large extra firm pillow measures 26" x 16" x 4" and is suitable for those with longer necks. The Tri-Core Ultimate's unique molded foam provides an extra firm foundation with a surface that is soft to the touch. Each pillow comes with a machine washable, soft, fitted, zip-open cover that is easily removed for washing. It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse may increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction, by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow, achieve the best results. When side sleeping, use side sleeping area. Head cradle is not intended for side sleeping and may cause neck pain. For back sleeping, choose from one of the four distinct neck roll supports to find the one that fits your body and neck best. The shaped center cradles the head for comfortable sleep. Increase or decrease the amount of support by simply rotating the pillow to a larger or smaller neck roll. Gradually increase cervical correction by using a larger roll. If at any time you experience increased neck pain, reduce the amount of support by using a smaller neck roll or a traditional sleeping pillow. For side sleeping, large side sleeping areas with two distinct heights help keep the head level for proper alignment of the spine. These side surfaces feature airflow channels which cushion your face and ear for comfortable sleep. Channels on each side of the pillow help reduce pressure on the jaw, making it more comfortable for people with TMJ or jaw pain. Contains no latex.

I have been buying core products for years and this pillow is my favorite. I bought it two years ago and I still sleep on it every night it's nice and has different levels of firmness depending on your daily needs.

I love this pillow.

While this is probably great for those who sleep on their backs. While it inidicates it can be used by side sleepers, I found it too firm and the areas for sleeping on your side were too small.

Not helpful to me

Tricore ultimate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been about one year since my purchase of a core pillow and this time I went up in quality and price. I've had the tri core ultimate for two weeks and I now wake up with no neck or shoulders pain….

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pillow at the recommendation of my chiropractor. She even had one for me to try. I loved it. When mine came in , I thought “this is much stiffer than what I tried.” I have it a shot. I have to say I'm hoping it gets softer over time. It's like sleeping on a rock. I'll give it its full trial but if it doesn't soften up, it's being returned.

Maybe too much support…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is too complicated. And if you use the wrong side it can really hurt your neck. All the sides are very different and there are four options. Any time I change the sheets it's hard to find the right side again.

Too complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 5'4” and sleep with a mid-size Tri-Core® Cervical Support Pillow (not ultimate) and have owned three variations of this product.  I like that my head lays flat to the bed on these pillows.  However, I have found my side sleeping on these pillows to be lack.  SO I ordered this product, the Ultimate.  This product (the Ultimate) seemed to solve my problems in theory but when it arrived, I could not stand sleeping with it since my head does not lay flat but is still elevated.  Side sleeping was much better but since I could not use it for back sleeping, it was unusable.  I gave it to my husband who seems to really like it, but he is 6'3”.  Oh well.  Tri-Core, please make this version of the pillow more like the original where our head lays flat!  Also, consider just having different variations for people to order instead of one pillow for everyone.  Thanks!

Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I tried it for one week. It is not meant for side sleepers even though it is advertised that way. It is too flat. I had to put another pillow under it in order to sleep on my back with it. Even then my head bends back too far which caused vertigo for me.

Was Hopeful

I was disappointed with the Tri-Core Ultimate Cervical Pillow, Firm Support. Waste of money for me. Hurt my neck.
