Ease Of Use

Price

This unit does what I wanted it to. If I had a negative comment it would be that the temperature is in fairly large increments. For a dehydrator this is not a problem as it does not need to be a precision instrument to for the job. Fit and finish is quite nice. The trays are appear to be chrome plated, spot welded steel, and are quite sturdy. As designed, it should do everything you need from a dehydrator. This unit could easily be used to proof dough as well, assuming the shelves would not be used, as dough could overload their capacity.

We've been using it for 3 weeks now and really loving it. Fair price, excellent quality, works wonderfully. Beef jerky has been amazing, banana chips were good. Watermelon was shockingly delicious, turning it into something like a gummy candy with highly concentrated flavor and sweetness. Everyone loves it!

Nothing in this price range can compete at all, it's been a workhorse since day one.
One small issue is that the middle trays get the most airflow and heat so they will dehydrate faster than the top and bottom trays.
